Kyle, it is the valet parking manager at the Waterfront Hilton. When my family and I pulled up in our 11 foot tall Sprinter van I was a little worried that a valet driver might forget that the clearance on this vehicle is not normal. Kyle could tell I was a little stressed about it, and he assured me that he would park it personally in a spot that had plenty of clearance. It probably took a little more time out of his day, but I appreciated him going the extra mile. Believe it or not, in the same day, My Youngest Daughter, Millie left her favorite stuffed animal in the backseat of the sprinter van. I thought she was being a little dramatic with the tears when we were up to our room after she couldn’t find it. She said she remembered that she left it in the backseat of the van. Naturally, I wondered how she could remember so clearly that she left it in the backseat, but also forgot to bring it up to the room, but I knew I had to go down and get it. I actually think the same exact thing happened last year when we stayed at this great hotel on Christmas night. Tyler in the valet was nice enough to walk me to my car and make sure we found the stuffed animal. Tyler is a native from Huntington Beach and actually grew up not far from where I grew up off of Lake and Yorktown. These guys made sure we were all taken care of, and I appreciated them going the extra mile!

I had a great experience at the Waterfront Beach Resort as the service was spectacular. Valet was on it and I want to specifically thank Tyler Hayes for his excellent service.

I stayed here for 2 nights for a business meeting. The hotel was very nice and lobby festive for Christmas. I specially appreciate the warm and friendly greetings by the valet staff and Taylor made sure to assist me and make my stay comfortable. Thank you Taylor at valet!

We stayed here while our house was being tented. A nice little staycation. Ocean front room, balcony, rooftop bar, close to Main Street restaurants, etc., what's not to love!! I wanted especially to call attention to some excellent people. Linh at the front desk, Cooper at the Bell desk, and several security folks who helped me maneuver my wife's wheel chair. I had to be in and out for various reasons, and wanted to thank your valet service. Taylor and Cole took care of my vehicle several times, so I wanted to thank them for a job well done. I always felt my vehicle was safe and secure!! Overall an excellent experience. Thanks to the whole staff.

Currently at the property. So far the room is clean and pool is heated. I am disappointed that they charge 3.00 delivery for anything you want brought up to your room (I.e. wine glass) when they offer in room dining. Overall feels like this hotel nickle and dimes even though we are paying 500 a night. Won’t stay again for those reasons.
