Always love coming to Offshore 9 and the valet is a great convenience! Neil is particularly helpful! Best spot in town and great locals night.

Customer service and parking attendants were great upon checking in. I could do without the $50/day parking charge, but welcome to California! Great view of the ocean from our room. Very nice pool areas! Walkable to the pier, shopping, and downtown area. The rooms were meh, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Staff was attentive and kind. Special shout out to Leer (Bar Director) who was making sure the pool bar was flowing smoothly. Also want to acknowledge Antonio who was attending the gate at the pool. I managed people my whole career and it’s rare to see a young man with the poise and dedication to his job. He was courteous and attentive the entire day. He made sure to open the gate when coming and going and a friendly hello or goodbye. That is to be commended!!

We have been staying at the Waterfront Hilton for close to 20 years. Joseph Boyer and his staff constantly go over and above to make our stay enjoyable. I appreciate everyone at the Waterfront.

Beautiful hotel and perfect location! The view from our balcony was stunning! A short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The pool was gorgeous and fun for our kids! Valet service was quick and Matt S. went above and beyond for us- offering to load our luggage and gave us water bottles for the road!
