Neil with the valet service was wonderfully kind and complimented my hanging succulent which was very nice!

We had a great time. Location is perfect. We walked to the beach, Main Street and the local restaurants. Never even took the car out. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed Henry's the best. Had top notch service, thanks to everyone, especially Eric. Food was fantastic and they even have a happy hour. The rooftop bar was a disappointment since they were under staffed and couldn't let more people in. Will try it next time since the view is spectacular. We had a few minor issues with our room but Jasmine had it corrected immediately. She went above and beyond to make us happy.

We stayed at the Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort for spring break and had an incredible time! The food and craft cocktails at Cabo Wabo Beach Club were outstanding—definitely a highlight of our stay. We also enjoyed breakfast and lunch at The Marketplace most days, and the food was so good we didn’t feel the need to go offsite at all. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. A special thank you to our valets—Eddie, Taylor, and Joe—who were always courteous and quick to retrieve our vehicle. From housekeeping to the servers, valet team, front desk, and concierge, the entire Hilton team made our spring break truly memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is still wonderful, love having staycations whenever we can. Hotel staff is wonderful. Rooms in the dolphin twin tower are still maintained nicely. I wish they had liquid soap in the restrooms. Cabo Wabo Restaurant This Mexican restaurant can’t go wrong, whether you are at the pool, lounging, at the bar, or at the restaurant itself. Staff are always checking on you Food is tasty Simple menu but quality food Ordered: Chicken torta & fries for the pool Huevos rancheros & omelet for breakfast Chicken was seasoned well, and the torta held up pretty well with all the fillings Breakfast was delicious, and the salsa was good Eggs perfectly cooked Potatoes are nice and crispy Plus, you can’t beat the view either

This was a perfect location to celebrate our anniversary. We had to leave several times and the guys in valet were awesome and never complained about retrieving our car. The valet attendants Jaxson and Logan were polite and provided excellent service.
