My family always requests to stay here when they visit. This is the last time we will stay here. We were charged a $55 / parking fee even though we did not have a vehicle on premise. Had to call and get a refund. We left and checked back in a couple days later after going up to central coast. Upon checking in we were told we were getting an “Upgrade” being Hilton Gold Member. We were told we were getting a room with an ocean view. The room was on the 6th floor over looking a roof of the facility. The room was smaller and the sofa in the room was covered in fur. The patio did not fit two people. After contacting the front we were finally given a room change. After checking out a couple days later we noticed random charges on our credit card. When I called and question the charges I requested a copy of the receipt emailed I was denied a copy the excuse I was given was because I booked the reservations through Expedia.… (they said Amex Travel uses Expedia). We forgot our toothbrushes and they were kind enough to hold them for us at the lost and found. I went and picked them up and again requested a copy of the receipt…When I asked the woman at the front desk for a copy of the receipt I had informed her that the gentleman I spoke with would not email me a copy. The woman was about to print out a copy for me then the front desk manager abruptly interrupted and informed me only Expedia could provide me a copy. I have never stayed at a resort where a copy of the receipt cannot be obtained

Beautiful hotel and great staff. We’ve stayed in Huntington Beach many times, this hotel is definitely one of the best in the area. Endless amenities, clean, and a great location. We will stay here moving forward. Restaurants, pool, and hot tub were great.

Really enjoyed our stay. The employees here go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. Jesse from security just made my daughter day but showing her magic tricks and engaging with her. Travis from Cabo wabo was amazing . This brunch is a must.

This hotel is wonderful and the staff is amazing. Damien (Director of Rooms) was incredible to me and my family. We were there with 2 small kids and my in-laws and he really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. The rooms were great, the pools and games and restaurant were fun and you can't beat the location. We will be back!

Gage gave great valet service and provided clear instructions. I would def come again! The place is bigger then it looks when you first walk in. But everyone was helpful funding the roof top bar. Wish the music was more upbeat. We had a good time.
