We had a great time at El Cid! It had been 16 years since we had last been there, but did not disappoint. Our waiters at the bar, Franciso Renteria and Jorge Bucio were absolutely awesome! They exceeded our service expectations. We had the all-inclusive elite package and the food was delicious. We're headed back at the end of the month and cannot wait!

We stayed with El CID Castilla/Moro on the club elite package for two weeks as a family of four. We loved it. Dulce was my club elite rep and she took great care of us working with me on all my requests and reservations. She took great care of us. We had Fredy as our server at la pergola and he was exceptional he got us the best seats for the show every night and made sure we always had drinks! Our kids are young (3 yrs and 9 months old) they love love love the shows at this resort. They did not care that they were all Spanish. They love the dancing and the music! The club package gets you access to five resorts and its well worth it. The servers treat you very well. This is our second stay and we were excited to see our previous favourite servers were still around. We will be back!

We had a lovely time. A few little glitches but overall, very nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly and the pools were amazing. The rooms are out of date and could use a refresh but overall, very nice

Noe was by far the most welcoming, friendly person we met at El cid. He made us feel so welcome to Mazatlan, any questions he was happy to help! We will be back just for Noe.

We booked a last-minute family trip through WestJet Vacations and were initially a bit nervous since we weren't familiar with this property. However, from the moment we arrived, those worries vanished. We were whisked away to the Elite Club check-in, which was our first hint at the luxury experience ahead. The staff did a great job explaining the expansive property and the perks of our wristbands. The Elite Club is worth every penny—it granted us access to all properties, various beaches, and top-tier bars. Dining: The food was a major highlight. We visited the Marina (absolutely fantastic!), the Mexican, and the Argentinian restaurants. Each offered incredible service and a perfect atmosphere. Even the buffets were consistently clean with a generous variety. Beach & Pools: While the pools looked inviting, we spent all our time at the spectacular beaches. If your package includes the private beach, do not miss it—it’s a must-see. Obviously I used AI to help write this, but it sums it up quite nicely. Would return in a heart-beat.
