Avoid at all cost scammers all around including staff. if you have a cigarette outside.and you go bk to your room with a hint of tabbacco smoke on your cloths that's now 250 dollars you owe them so watch out guy's

My wife and I usually stay at 5-star resorts, but for this short last minute 5-night trip we decided to try something different—and we’re glad we did. For a 3-star property, this resort exceeded our expectations. The staff were warm, polite, and genuinely accommodating. The room was exactly what you’d expect from a solid 3-star hotel: clean, comfortable, and practical. Our package included a continental breakfast, which was more than enough to start our mornings. And the beach… absolutely beautiful! Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance—right on the beach or just across the street. We definitely got our money’s worth and had a wonderful stay. We’ll be back!

First time visiting Jamaica and honestly was the best holiday ever. I normally book all inclusive but wanted to explore local foods so booked the Rooms hotel in Negril. What can I say! Staff are amazing, the rooms are decent and it's right next too Woodstock. The location on this hotel is brilliant. In the middle of seven mile beach and close to everything. If you want total relaxation, quiet and a safe place to stay, I would recommend rooms. Breakfast was good and drinks were decent too. The only criticisms I have was the WiFi. It wasn't the greatest but it was doable.

Staff 10/10 extremely kind and helpful. Especially the women working breakfast! They also work the bar during the day and evening and work very hard. Rooms are large with good A/C. Had a few hiccups the first couple of days but everything was resolved. Amazing spot on the beach. Always loungers and umbrellas available. Although some are broken, they still do the job. Unless it's windy. Lots of bars and restaurants around. No lack of food to eat. Although there were some issues, I would still return due to beach access and amazing staff.
