There are better places for price!

There is pros and cons to this hotel. We booked a one bedroom suite. Kitchen was good, but no oven. Living room in pictures online looked much bigger. It is small. Just enough room to open couch into bed then it’s tight. The heater was so loud, terrible noise kept us up. There was rust around drain in tub. Toilet wouldn’t flush without holding handle down until it went down. Water preassure in shower would diminish if water was running at all in sink out side the bathroom. Spots on comforter, sheets, pillow. Either not washed or stained, but looked dirty. The breakfast was decent, but not great. It took almost 40 minutes each time we waited for ART bus to arrive ti go to Disney. There are two other major hotels in the center so bus fills up fast. Definitely did not feel the almost 900 I paid for three nights was worth it. They kept our luggage behind counter for us when checked out while we waited for a late pick up to airport so that was nice. However, we waited 35 minutes to check into hotel with an evening arrival and our hotel was paid for in advance. We had a baby with us that needed to lay down and fed, but front desk clerk was busy arguing with a man who was just trying to receive his government employee discount. It was clear he was a government employee due to his statements and long history staying in Hampton hotels. She kept arguing she needed proof which he needed to go get from company online, but was closed due to out being late and this went on for literally 35 minutes without addressing us standing behind him at the desk. Poor guy finally just cancelled his reservation and left. Anyway, there are closer, better hotels to stay in for price. View from suite was the back parking lot. It was noisy out there with people walking back and forth and groups hanging out. Disappointing experience, especially after reviewing several hotels, thinking we were getting a nicer one.

Stayed for 5 nights. Everything went smooth from check in to check out. Clean, quiet and well maintained. Breakfast buffet is abundant. Thanks to hotel receptionist, Bevs.
Not accommodating or sanitary as it once was

Not nearly as as accommodating as it was once was. I reserved this room months ago and asked for higher floor facing front of hotel. I was told only diamond members can be guaranteed their room request even though I booked MONTHS in advance and requested that room. Never had issues in the past until now. Also asked for late check, just 1 hour extra s d that was a no as well. I’ve never had any issues on the past with that request. I DO NOT BLAME ANY FRONT STAFF WORKERS AS I KNOW THOSE PEOPLE WERE EXTREMELY HARD AND THEY’RE ONLY DOING WHAT MANAGEMENT TELLS THEM TO DO AND THEY’RE EXTREMELY NICE PEOPLE, BUT CAN ONLY DO SO MUCH AND THEIR HANDS ARE PROBABLY TIED, BUT I DO BLAME UPPER MANAGEMENT FOR THESE ISSUES That said one of the reasons why I felt these things could’ve been accommodated is for one their lack of cleaning and communication here to be a problem there was a language barrier between myself and the cleaning staff because I don’t speak Spanish and we try to communicate the best we could. I asked them to please dump the trash every day if that’s the most they could do and just clean up a little bit, but not like redo the entire room, trying to make things a little bit easier for them like explain this to the front staff I don’t know who I spoke to, but he did not communicate this to the cleaning staff because none of that got done. They came in and she wiped a few things down and dropped off some towels, but they never went under the sink to grab the trash and we were there for three days and they never once bothered picking up any trash and throwing it away and it just started to smell really bad and we had to get our own trash bags. It’s not something you really wanna do when you’re on vacation or even our own business is to have to clean up stuff like that and do deep cleaning on your own and it just never done so it started to become really smelly and gross in the room and I just don’t understand where the cleaning service was. I just never came except for one day and it’s just not enough. It’s not acceptable not taking out. The trash is just gross and unsanitary They charge for parking even though I told them I only had a car for one day and I had to return it to Avis Rent-A-Center the next day and then I still recharged for the full-time. I was there even though we didn’t have a car there the entire time Which I also communicated to the beginning. It was still on my bill.. Yeah, it’s just disappointing because I always stay at this hotel on business or pleasure because it was just very accommodating and understanding, but that is just not the case anymore because I think things are just getting very expensive in our country and that’s just the trick laying down affects less workers and you pay more and you basically get less and no exceptions and no accommodations are made anymore. It’s just sad to see my favorite hotel like this..

Great experience! Bevz did great greeting us every time and even remembered our names - that’s pretty cool. Hotel was great. Like the early check in as I chose end by stairs on second floor so I didn’t have to use elevator with everyone else.

Our experience at the hotel was amazing. The staff was always available for questions. One staff member Bevz went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. She always addressed us by our name which we thought was so cool. The hotel was clean, beds were comfy. Looking forward to another visit down the road.
