I just arrived and needed to say this: Bev at the front desk is exactly what is needed now days in regards to customer service. I work 6 days a week sometimes 13 hours a day and I came here with my parents. I wasn’t on the reservation originally and arrived earlier than my parents. Bev took care of me got me into the room with my own credit card but later the card will be on my parents original reservation. She was nice and exactly what I needed. It’s nice to have someone treat you like they’re happy we are spending money here instead of another hotel in the area. I think Bev is what customer service should be and I hope she gets paid well because so many people give horrible service. It’s refreshing to be reminded of what good customer service thank you Bev at the front desk. You made my long trip so much more refreshing.

This is our second time staying at this property and I have to say that it is really nice. I had an issue selecting a room on the app and I spoke with (I think) Kim and she was very helpful. They seem very customer service oriented here. The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable! I can't ask for more than that! I will say that the location is a bit of a walk to Disney but there is a (paid) shuttle service that can take you to Disney from their parking lot. The breakfast was good daily as well. The one criticism that I had was with the fitness center. When I stayed here two years ago, two of the three treadmills were not working. When I arrived this year, those same two treadmills were not working. Also the temperature there was about ten degrees too warm and you can't open the windows even a crack to ventilate the room. Apart from that, the stay was lovely and I recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay at Disney!

We had an excellent stay! Check in was quick, room was immaculate, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with plenty of seating. The hotel grounds were well kept. Traveling with a senior dog who needs to go out often. Went out at all hours, always felt safe. We will definitely be back.

Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They checked us in 2hrs ahead of schedule when we arrived early, allowed for late check-out, and were very helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and different each day. Easy to get a bus between the hotel and Disneyland park. We will definitely be back!

This is a great option to stay around Disneyland. my first good review will be for the front desk staff, housekeeping and breakfast staff. The person who check me in, was the only one I spoke during my stay, but he was friendly and helpful the two times I talk to him. the breakfast staff is friendly and handworkers. housekeeping services did a good job, when I arrived room was clean and comfortable. Review of room 827. room 827 was a good and reliable room to come back after a day at the parks. room was clean and everything was working properly. bed was comfortable and clean , the bedroom had view to the fireworks. (no balcony) the pictures on the website shows a balcony, but 827 had no balcony. maybe other rooms do. usb plugs on both side of the bedroom. shower pressure was excellent and a good size bathroom. the fridge had a extremely loud sound, that didn't bother me, because I have a white noise machine. other than that, the fridge, microwave and water sink in that area work properly and are extremely useful. clean and comfortable living area with couch and tv. you also get a full table. usb plugs by the table and the couch. general review construction or block off the lobby. not mention on the website or at the app. I cancel other hotel, because it indicated work done. to come to this hotel and also having work done. kind disappointing, because the price was cheaper there due to the work. and this one had a higher price. didn't bother me, but this is because the breakfast staff were efficient and clean after people quickly, so there were always place to sit at breakfast. I want to give a shout out to Lucindo- the worker cleaning after people. he was friendly and always greeted me and ask me how everything was before taking my dishes away. some people didn't reply or just keep going, but he always smile. all the breakfast staff work hard and efficiently to keep up with the breakfast flow. also they have outside a stop for the bus to get to the parks. (6 dollars per day with the app) the transportation is now the hotel ,but the city and is a reliable way to get to the parks. overall a good place to stay- walking distance to target and restaurant. will stay here again
