From July 15, 2024, through Fall 2025, the hotel will be renovating all 1,572 guest rooms and public spaces, including the lobby, restaurant, bar, fitness center, pool, and ballrooms. Each floor and phase of the project will be tackled as discretely as possible, minimizing guest disruption.
- Closure of the outdoor Pool Deck located on the 5th floor is forecasted to reopen by mid-September 2025. The indoor pool located in the fitness center is available for all guests to use. However, there is NO lifeguard on duty.
- Poppy’s Restaurant (new name) is anticipated to open in August 2025. The current “Mix Restaurant” is located in the AVALON Ballroom on the lobby level next to the front entrance of the hotel.
- Starbucks café is closed during this renovation period and scheduled to reopen on August 2025. There is a temporary Starbucks KIOSK located in the lobby.
There will be drilling, hammering, painting, and scaffolding throughout the hotel. Noise is expected between 9:00am – 6:00pm, Monday-Sunday. The completion date is forecasted for the Fall of 2025.

Great accommodations in an excellent location

Very enjoyable experience at the Hilton Convention Center in Anaheim. Here for the American Farm Bureau convention. Room is exceptionally clean. Employees are extremely friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Zeb in Guest Services for his help and knowledge. Will definitely stay here again for family trips too.
