Such a great welcome from Andrew at the valet stand. He was professional and extremely friendly. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and when we were ready to leave, he had our car ready for us with minimal wait. DJ and Mike were extremely friendly as we waited for our car. Great experience overall.

Sad to hear barb is gone but Mike and DK were both very helpful with the car and my bags. Sessions had some great food, i liked the chicken teriyaki bowl just wish it was bigger. savanna at the desk was nice as well, Definitely coming back soon.

Great atmosphere And Jeff the waiter was the best!!!!! Very attentive! we had delicious grilled mahi bowl and wedge salad. The drinks were strong and delicious.
Outdated hotel with horrible guest experience

stayed one night for a wedding and had a very disappointing experience. I was told ahead of time that parking was included with our room as part of the wedding block. When I arrived, the front desk insisted I was wrong and said parking would be an additional charge. Instead of verifying this, they doubled down and made it seem like I didn't know what I was talking about. Because of this, I downgraded my room to avoid extra charges — losing the balcony and ocean view I had planned on enjoying. The replacement room was outdated, musty, and not comparable to what I originally booked. Only after involving the wedding party did the hotel finally admit that parking was included all along. By then, the damage was done. I paid for a worse room because of their mistake. To make things worse, after checking out, 1 received an email suggesting I hadn't checked out at all, which raises concerns about billing accuracy. This wasn't a minor mix-up - it was poor communication, lack of accountability, and zero effort to make things right in the moment. For a Hard Rock property, this was a big let down
