I was quite disappointed with the fact that there were no sit-down restaurants on site. Also, at a place called “All-Star Sports” I expected a large sports bar, nope. I had problems finding particular games at their “food court”. The food court was a combination cafeteria and minimart. The food offered there was basically amusement park food. The omelette I had was particularly awful. The pizza offered was okay, but I was particularly annoyed by the fact that they offered only cheese or pepperoni pizza. I get that restriction at an amusement park, but not at a $400/night resort.

The hotel was comfortable and well run, though we found the dining options a bit limited. Having only one main food hall meant fewer choices, so additional restaurants would really improve the experience. Unfortunately, our key didn’t work when we first tried to enter the room, which meant making two trips back to reception. While it was eventually resolved, it was a frustrating start to the stay.

A great place to stay if exploring the Disney parks and surrounding area. We stayed here for 14 nights and had a wonderful time. The place is very clean and safe. We were a family of 10, of consisting young children, teenagers and older adults. It was fabulous for all of us. RECEPTION: The staff were excellent, very friendly, knowledgeable, polite and there to help make your stay special. ROOMS: The rooms are of an adequate size. The beds are very comfortable. There is a fridge, coffee machine, tea/coffee makings, milk etc. ice bucket (ice machines in every block of rooms), TV, hair dryer, ironing board, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and shower gel. DINING AREA: There was plenty of food choices whether it is for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The place caters for everyone. Most of the food costs were reasonable and portions were of a good size. Some drinks and snacks were expensive. If you are staying for a few days or longer it is definitely worth purchasing the Disney cups which enable you to refill soft and hot drinks whenever you like. You can also refill your own water bottles at the machines, look out for the small grey button next to the lemonade buttons. The only issue we had with the dining area was on several occasions it took a long time to pay for the goods at the till. Disney need a similar system for the staff at the till to quicken up each process. POOLS: There are a couple of good sized pools, one being large. This is covered by lifeguards throughout the day and evening. Pool towels are provided. Plenty of sun beds, chairs around the pool. Could do with more parasols. LAUNDERETTE: A couple of good sized launderette's. You will need to down load a simple app to pay for the washing machine and dryers. Soap suds can also be purchased there. We took dry sheets detergent to use. DISNEY BUSES: Absolutely fantastic. They will take to to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Typhoon Lagoon and Disney Springs. Easy to use and you won't have to wait too long for the next bus to arrive. There is a timetable board at the bus stop area giving up to date information on the bus times. Using the buses is far better than using a car around Disney. UBER ETC: If going out of the Disney area it is easy to hire an Uber from All Star Sports. The Uber will collect you from the main building. OVERALL: We would definitely stay here again. Very very clean, very safe, good amenities and excellent staff.

The front desk was so helpful I had about questions for park hours and where to find the buses. Such a great magical time with my best friend for her first time in wdw
