Overall our team at the resort was good but we struggled with getting was cloth, an iron and the beach required daily maintenan

We waited long periods of time in getting towels, an iron and the beach was dirty and required daily maintenance. Breakfast requires improvement.

We spent 10 days 9 nights. The hotel the breakfast could be a little bit better.No complaint about the check-in. They need to improve on the snap bar. The chickens are too dry but the staff there is super .Franklin ,Franklin that’s in charge of the restaurants I would give him a 10+ excellent job. He made sure all 11 of us had seated every night. The bar were super. The only complaint I have was the entertainment. We got three nights out of 11 with great entertainment, other than that entertainment is not for older adults .for the room they need to do better cleaning the rooms.. The bathroom on the first day at Hair’s all over the shower. The iron never worked. It took two days to get the iron. but I will return again.
