Very good hotel, excellent experience, greetings to reception those guys were great! They made my days, can't wait to come back!

The hotel is big — the grounds are well maintained. Most of the guests are Canadians. The staff is very peculiar. At the bar, the bartenders are not friendly at all. They only smile at those who give them tips. If you order non-alcoholic drinks, they serve them with an attitude. Reception — this is the most arrogant staff I have ever encountered during my travels. No one smiles there, they don’t even try to help, and they respond rudely. I would never come back here again. The room: a very cold room. I stayed in building 6, and I never had hot water. No matter how many times I told the reception, it was never resolved. On the fifth day they offered to change my room. Food: very repetitive. Always the same. Whatever wasn’t eaten at dinner was served again for breakfast. I don’t eat meat, and there was never any fish here. Overall, it’s my first and last time here.

Not a good experience. Went on a Celebrity cruise and chose this resort for an all inclusive day pass that we paid $75 per person. It was advertised as an open bar all you can drink with access to the VIP lounge and a dedicated waitress. The drinks we watered down, tiny cup potions, the buffet was covered in flies and nats, and no bar staff. I would not go back or recommend and had this been a longer stay or family trip I would have immediately requested a refund. It was listed as a 4.5 star resort but if was more like a 3 star but granted I did not stay in a room.

Location was great short drive to and from the airport. Casino and disco $ available right out side the complex ...wine bar$ and cigar shop$...rooms were older but clean....hot water was hit or miss but after a hot day outside a cool shower does feel nice...we had the opportunity to use the spa located on resort it was great highly recommend $$...pool is great large with 3 different areas.... ocean /beach area could use some cleaning but other wise... great nice morning walks....the a la carte( Mexican and Brazilian)are great the Mediterranean so so....buffet is great has a wide selection which changes daily ...Franco the pasta cook and soup maker does an amazing job (his soups are to die for ??)...and the snack bar has great burgers, hot dog , fries and wings...so good dont forget to tip your cooks down there they work hard...bar make great drinks just have to find what you like and watch the pour sometimes the drinks are strong...weather was amazing ...great stay we were her for 13 days ....nov 10 to 23...was a great stay all in all...p.s.weekends do get busy so be prepared....
