The staff are the stars

This is a return visit after a great holiday in January 2025. We were not disappointed as the hotel and grounds are stunning and beautifully cared for. It really is a little bit of paradise, however we did find this year that the housekeeping within the rooms was a bit hit and miss! We had to on 3 separate occasions go and request towels, water and a hairdryer. The food in the buffet’s was bland and repetitive but there was always something to eat. The restaurants which are bookable were ok our favourite being the Italian. The holiday was made exceptional because of the staff, especially Hector in the main bar. Hector was above and beyond a barman, he is always happy to see us, remembered our drinks and was dedicated to looking after us. Along with Hector, the rest of the bar staff gave exceptional service special mention to Lewis and Lucus, always a pleasure with welcoming customer service. The darling of the bar team was the beautiful Daris who has the most welcoming smile and looked after us like we were family. Well done Hector, Daris, Lewis and Lucus it’s because of you that our holiday was excellent and we shall be returning again to see you all next year.

Hotel was nice an freindly...it have nice atmosphere... we enjoyed it as family on priviledged suite and as far as I know I will choose Catalonia resorts again in future ! There was few bits I will prefer to be better, but hey nothing is 100%... I would like to highlight also KID club with the Playstations for our teenager and good RACHEL supervising it! Also the Staff in restaurants and Bars were TOP ! Thank you!
