The stay at this resort was top tier. Excellent customer service. The facility was amazing! Aesthetically pleasing; clean. The food was great! They ensured they stayed on top of your reservations/bookings, ensure that everything is in tip top shape. Shoutout to Juan Gonclavez he was great in ensuring my visit was good. Would 100% recommend and would 100% visit again!

Food was dry, old, stale, flavorless and felt unclean. Staff very rude and ignorant. Will never return.

I have been trying to get in touch with the hotel regarding our upcoming stay, as this is a very special one, we will be celebrating our fathers 80th birthday. I have sent numerous emails and no one gets back to me. This is very disappointing and not acceptable. In reading other reviews, I see this is an issue with others. ZEL PUNTA CANA, please reply to my emails and provide a WhatAPP number so that I may contact you

Hotel service was great. Beach was very nice and pool was great. Ricardo the beach concierge was wonderful and very attentive.

Ricardo Ciprian the beach concierge was amazing!! He had a great attitude! Brought us drinks before we know we needed them. Reserved our chairs for us!!
