I truly enjoyed my pool time at Moon Palace Cancun, thanks to the incredible entertainment team. They were extremely friendly and organized very interactive and fun games that kept everyone engaged. The team works wonderfully together and really enhances the overall resort experience.A special thank you to Benito from the entertainment team for making me and my family feel genuinely welcomed. His positive energy and kindness made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable.

The activities and Entertainment was great! The ping pong and exercise was fun! Benny and Genaro were great. The food and drinks were enjoyed by my whole family.

For those traveling with kids, you have to check out the Playrooms at Sunrise and Nizuc, and all the fun activities throughout the day. Would recommend for ages 2-12. The Playroom at Sunrise is definitely much bigger than Nizuc. You will find a theater room, fashion room, slides, playhouse, video games, and much more! We had a wonderful experience with the ladies at the Playroom at Sunrise Moon Palace. They were incredibly friendly, kind, and professional from start to finish. Our kids shared that the staff did a great job ensuring everyone was safe, which gave us real peace of mind as parents. They even surprised the kids with T-shirts, which they absolutely loved! A big SHOUT OUT to Andrea and Paola—they truly made our kids’ time there special and memorable. Thank you so much for such a positive experience. I highly recommend the Playrooms for kids who want to have a fun time with a variety of engaging activities, while parents get to enjoy their own time!
