This is one of our favorite places on earth! The food is incredible, everything is such high quality, and the people who work here truly make it stand out. We actually always come to the Nizuc pool, even though we could go to any of them, because Eduardo, Danny, and Ivan are the best pool concierges ever! Every person we came in to contact with is so kind and helpful. We will be back in December and already can’t wait. ??

The staff was informative, friendly, and definitely made sure we were taken care of. Gabriela was sweet enough to recommend a wine. And Alejandro and Saul always made sure our drinks and plates were full. A great experience!

Our stay at Moon Palace Cancun exceeded all of our expectations. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and spotless, and the entire resort is absolutely stunning. There are so many great restaurants, pools, and activities that there is never a dull moment. What truly makes this resort stand out, though, is the incredible staff. Every employee we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making our vacation special. A special thank you goes to the Diamond Concierge team in both the lobby and around the pools—especially at the Nizuc section. Their exceptional service, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made us feel welcomed and truly valued throughout our stay. They were always available to help with anything we needed and made our vacation stress-free and memorable. If you’re looking for a luxury all-inclusive resort with outstanding service, beautiful accommodations, and a staff that treats you like family, I highly recommend Moon Palace Cancun.
