This was a wonderful place for our sister's vacation. What a beautifully relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed a different restaurant each night and were not disappointed! We thoroughly enjoyed the french restaurant-adult only-trying different foods and wines. I felt so pampered at the spa. My favorite was the massage. So relaxing and enjoyable. A majority of our time was spent at the pool right outside the building our room was in. Eduardo and Isui were the BEST! They were so attentive to anything we needed/wanted and were easy to talk and joke with. They certainly made the vacation so memorable. I hope we can return again soon!

Absolutely the BEST service ever! Alejandro, Arturo, Armando, Jose Luis, and Jose were incredible from start to finish. They were so friendly, attentive, and made our experience so much fun. Honestly, the best part of our vacation was getting to know them and being taken care of by such an amazing team. We’ll definitely be back and asking for them again!

Wow what a wonderful holiday at Moon Palace Nizuc! The staff are absolutely exceptional, everyone has made us feel so welcome. A special mention to Humberto, Griselda & Javier, the dream team every lunch & breakfast! We will miss them so much and it will be very hard to go back to reality. The entertainment team have also been amazing, so encouraging and great fun! Boris, Brandon and the whole team, they work so hard. We did aqua strong & volleyball at the Sunrise which was great but generally stayed at the Nizuc pool for its more chilled out vibe. We always managed to get a sunbed so never had to worry about that and always had lots of opportunities to order drinks & snacks. The coffee shop was really useful for iced coffees & frappes. They had lots of yummy snacks. Our favourite restaurants were Carvao and the Italian restaurant at the golf course. The food was delicious and plentiful. I can see why people return here again and again. It was a brilliant holiday.

Our stay at Moon Palace Nizuc Cancun was absolutely wonderful! The resort was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and there was always something fun for the whole family to enjoy. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the food was great, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. From the beautiful views to the pools and activities, we made so many special memories together. We’re leaving refreshed, grateful, and already looking forward to coming back. Thank you, Moon Palace Nizuc, for an amazing vacation!

Hospitality was great, the workers were very friendly and professional and the food was delicious! It was so relaxing just to lay by the pool. This was my 10th time visiting here, and I love at Moon Palace Cancun.
