We have been here before and keep coming back because it’s worth every dollar we spend. This was our first trip with eight family members and Moon Palace didn’t disappoint. Moon Palace is really close to the airport so our private transportation picked us up and had us to the resort in about 30 minutes. Which is always great. When we arrived onsite the lobby was clean and the air conditioning was great. We then were taken to our Diamond Concierge Jose. He was a great help with everything. He did a great job in keeping up with all eight of us in the group our entire stay. During our trip our rooms were fully stocked with snacks, drinks, water and beer. Room service was spot on and on time. Great service! We grabbed a Cabana at the Unique pool and the vacation started. Our server was Loida. She never let our drinks go dry and took care of all eight of us all the time. She truly provided 5 star service. Over the 5 nights we ate at Momo, JC Steakhouse, Tovala and Carvão. All of the food was fantastic. The atmosphere at the restaurants were quiet, very laid back and relaxing. We played golf one day which was very fun, this was my first playing. I will play golf every time I come now. The entertainment shows at night at Sunrise, Nizuc and the Grand Theater were very entertaining. We did go to the Library speak easy, this is one of our favorite spots at night. There is always live entertainment. This trip we visited the new speak easy at the golf course, this was a great experience. It’s only open on Friday nights but it’s worth the visit if you like good piano music. We went to the Noir night club one night and it was great. The DJ was very good and we had great service the entire time. It was packed with people all ages from young to old. I was not thinking the service would be great but it was. Jesus and Alison took care of our whole group. 5 star service! I have never had a bad trip at Moon Palace and will continue to come back.

Hotel was great but the ocean water was horrible. We were told in the past that they were going to be dredging the water and the sand to eliminate as much of the seaweed as they could that doesn’t seem to be happening.

My family and I had a truly amazing time. There are really no complaints we can think about. Heard alot of negative reviews prior to visiting but our stay was quite fulfilling. We are back home and missing the resort and all the great services we experienced at NIZUC and the Grand.

Moraima gave me a wonderful relaxing experience and made my feet feel and look brand new. She’s so friendly and so great at her job!

This is the third time we have been and this hotel stands out for the staff and atmosphere. They can’t do enough for you to make your holiday special. The food and service in the multiple restaurants is fantastic with a huge variety of everything from a chocolate/ice cream bar to a Teppenyaki restaurant. Last nights meal at the Riviera Maya was superb with Tomas finishing it off with an amazing flaming Mayan Coffee for desert. Lupa and Rosie by the pool constantly checked we had everything. Overall Moon Palace continues to deliver with lovely staff, excellent food and a relaxing vibe which is perfect for a break.
