Please note that the water park will be closed every Tuesday for routine maintenance. However, during holidays the water park may stay open.
The Children’s Chikipark will be temporarily closed due to unexpected maintenance, however the teens and adult water park and slides remain open.
As of Sunday, September 7, the adults only Select Club areas (room blocks, pool, reception, and restaurant) will be temporarily closed and will remain so until further notice.
- Guests with existing Select Club reservations will be relocated to Eco Family Collection rooms that will be strategically located away from families with kids to ensure their privacy. In addition, these rooms will now be located closer to the beach and our adults only beach club, K'iin, which will remain open and operating as normal.
- The Riviera Restaurant, which is located in front of the beach, will be designated adults only for breakfast and lunch, providing breathtaking views of the Caribbean
- The Tortuga Pool will be reserved for use by adults only.
All other adult only areas and services such as bars, lounges and common areas will remain open and operate as normal. If the renovation project is completed early, the Select Club areas will re-open and Select Club guests will be located back to their original room category and section of the hotel.
All efforts will be made to minimize impact to guests during this time.
Overview
Sandos Caracol Nature Resort Water Park is an All Inclusive hotel with a stunning jungle setting surrounded by mangroves and natural lagoons in Playa del Carmen. Best food on the resort. Hector our chef was not just a superb cook, he was a consummate entertainer and showman. He made the experience one we will never forget. Tips: all the garlic. Ask them to leave the saki bottle. Kenpai!
