We visited the Baja Principe December 20 to December 27 it was an excellent trip with no complaints about the resort or the staff everybody spoke reasonably good English Gluten-free I am celiac therefore gluten-free is an important part of my trip. We visited many restaurants on the property and had no issues. Everybody was well educated and very accommodated strongly recommend. The 24 hour café is a big bonus. We didn’t go on a daily basis, but we did go there a couple of times in the evening for a late snack or coffee. Thanks so much for a great trip Ed and Divina

When staying at Sian Kaan you can use all the other hotels, Akumal (beach front) Tequila, Tulum (beach front) and Coba. Golf carts transport you between each hotel. Soan Kaan is a great base, ideally for quieter guests. Sian Kaan and Tequila are adult only. If beach front is what you are looking for then I suggest staying Akumal or Tulum. All are great hotels. The service and facilities are 5star, rooms are tired, but adequate. I will definitely go back to this hotel.
