Awesome trip This is our second time here and won't go anywhere else. Me and my husband and another couple went the week of Jan. 22/2026. The weather, food, and the service was great. We had a server in the lobby bar named Gilberto, he was the friendliest, funniest and new what we wanted. He deserves a promotion. I can't wait to back and see him again. Our room was great and so was housekeeping. The food was good and had no shortages of anything. The beaches were amazing, very clean. We will be going back forsure.

Very impressed with this hotel. The view of the infinity pool over the ocean is stunning at any given time, but the sunsets are absolutely spectacular. The evening shows are beautiful-my favourite was the Michael Jackson and the White Party on Friday was a hit. We were not premium but the food was decent and the special restaurants don't require reservation, which is a bonus. The alcohol selection was good. Many thanks to Gilberto and the entire team in the lobby bar Nestor, Yonathan, Amaury, Lu, Dailenis, Amanda, Daniel, Kety , Anita, Odisle and Darian. At the Italian restaurant - Yaima , Doralis, Milexy, Jenifer, Lizandra- thank you for your detailed attention serving us. Also many thanks to Yoly ensuring our stay was good. First time at this hotel but definitely not last.

The resort is beautiful but most.of all the staff is very lovely, efficient friendly and accommodating . A shout out to Customer Services and the lobby staff, namely Yeisi, Nestor, Amanda Livia, Amari and Kety. Thank you for making this trip special with your friendly and personal service.
