My experience at the hotel has been spectacular so far, the best attention from each of the workers. The rooms are very clean as well as all areas of the hotel. In the lobby some drinks that are a splotion of sabres on the palate. The animation the best part of all every day surprises you with new activities so that your vacations have a different touch all the team is very authentic and special. Without a doubt I would repeat my stay more often

This was our first time in Cuba, we didn’t know what to expect and although we loved the beach, we found ourselves wanting to spend all of our time at the pool, The staff were AMAZING, they always had a spot set up for us even if we didn’t arrive until after lunch, we were always greeted with beautiful smiles and hugs and Leslie and Yordeny we now consider you part our family, our stay was so much more enjoyable because of you as well as Wilson, Victor and Odette and her fun entertainment crew. We look forward to seeing those beautiful smiles again soon. Keep up the amazing work, we love you guys!

This was our first time in Cuba and we couldn’t have picked a better hotel, on our first day there we met one of the best humans and workers we encountered our whole stay, Adrian served us at our first meal and we looked forward to every meal after that, His smile alone made our day, but he was able to communicate very well in English with us and always went out of his way to make our time with him extra special, he is now a special part of our family and we will return to this beautiful hotel again and again and can not wait to see him again. The resort is lucky to have amazing staff like Adrian ?? keep smiling kiddo

This is the best resort to stay at in Varadero! We had the best trip coming here and will be back every time we come to Varadero! The rooms, the food, the drinks, the staff, the pools and beach, all amazing and wouldn’t change a thing! I want to highlight the staff especially. They were all wonderful for the duration of our stay, so kind, welcoming, helpful and friendly. Arasay, Yuri, Balery, Carlos, Jimmy, Randy, and so so many others were all absolutely great to us and our friends! Cannot wait to come back again soon to see them all. We will be bringing our friends and family back here anytime we get the chance!

I’ve been to this resort 3 times and I can tell you this resort is fantastic,people of Cuba are very friendly and knowledgeable about their country,this resort is very clean and food was great ,but no potatoes,Staff and management go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable,Iwill be returning every year for many I hope,thank you for a great holiday,special thanks to the manager xoxo
