The place doesn't even worth you a trial visit.

Would never choose this place ever again! Why pay $330 per night at Lauren Wing for the 1-star facility and no service. It says the room comes with the balcony and harbour view which the so called "balcony" was only large enough to fit one person, all dirty and rusty around. The faclity and service was horrible. IWe decided to move out after the first night. I am so glad I did it!

5 star location on the water. 5 star staff interaction. 5+ star room and amenities. Terrific restaurant and bar. It's hard to imagine a more delightful Thanksgiving weekend stay.
A good choice for a short stay in Victoria

Great welcome and reception team, valet parking especially welcome. Nice room, comfortable and spacious enough for organising our (large) cases as we neared the end of a trip. The pool is good, quite large and I enjoyed it. We ate in the hotel, terrace overlooking the harbour is excellent. There's a coffee shop/bakery in the lobby for breakfast items. Position is excellent with the harbourside walkway on site and closeness to one of the water taxi stops.
Outstanding Harbour Views

We found the Inn at Laurel Point to be simply amazing! Our room had a harbour view that offered us in impeded view of the harbour and the downtown Victoria skyline. The room we had was spacious and ultra modern. The staff were friendly and very professional. The hotel parkade’s security gives a sense of confidence that your vehicle is safely stored during your stay. We were able to walk to most restaurants and sites very easily within 15 to 20 minutes. We will be back again!
Fall colors Victoria with gorgeous evening strolls and brisk day walks.

We have been staying here for many years. The stay improves with every visit. The attention to making sure your experience is a great one carries from the lobby into all aspects of this beautiful hotel in the heart of Victoria. Our maid service was exceptional, learning when we were in our room and having it ready after our breakfast walks each morning. Most room if not all have incredible views. We stayed in the Erikson Wing with a view of the inner harbor. You can walk everywhere from Laurel Point. Our adventures took us to Beacon Hill Park, the Provincial Museum, Government Street with pubs and shopping and walks along the ocean. Even though the weather was rainy we had pockets of sun. They supplied umbrellas just in case, which we used. This trip we added a few firsts by eating at local restaurants on the waterfront we had not been to before. This time of year is uncrowded and full of fall foliage!
