I didn't think the bathroom fan was working when I got out of the shower.  I touched it and got electrocuted!! This is not right! I can overlook the bathroom faucet turning all the way around but this is horrible.  And now you don't have a room with another king size bed.  I am extremely disappointed and I got hurt.  This is ridiculous and something must be done!!

Amazing!!! The best! Veronica and Jaime were both so friendly and so attentive in always answering our questions. They were very friendly and helpful. Our room was always cleaned and perfect

Veronica who works in the lobby bar is excellent. Made our experience even better!! Hotel is very clean and the beach is great.

The hotel grounds, rooms and fitness centre were quite lovely. The issue that we had was the restaurants. There are four specialty restaurants, only one the Japanese required a reservation. However by the time 5pm rolled around all the restaurants were full and a wait list was at each filling up the entire evening. The only available restaurant was the buffet. We actually did not end up being able to get into any of the specialty restaurants and we had to leave the resort to find places to eat. As we left the lobby we asked a Bellman to call us a cab - he actually said he did not have any - and told us to call Uber. What hotel cannot call you a taxi??? One final thing to note - when you order room service - they will not provide you with any beverages with your order - whether it is wine or simply coffee! Why would you order room service then??? We think that unless you buy into the membership of the Iberostar chain you will not be able to simply visit one of the specialty restaurants. We managed to have a good time but were definitely disappointed in the restaurants. Keep this in mind if you visit.
