The kids love staying here. The Star camp was blast, as they said. The hotel is in a beautiful location with lovely grounds. It's luxurious and offers excellent service. There's plenty of entertainment throughout the day and evening. We will definitely comeback.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The concierge, Harry, was a lifesaver. They helped us with dinner reservations, recommending hidden gems and making sure we secured spots at popular restaurants. They even arranged a last-minute birthday cake for my partner, which made their day. Housekeeping was fantastic. Our room was spotless every time we returned, and they were always happy to accommodate our requests for extra towels or toiletries. The staff at the pool and beach were equally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable day soaking up the sun. The genuine warmth and helpfulness of the staff truly elevated our resort experience. They made us feel welcome, valued, and cared for, and their attentiveness to detail made a significant difference. If you're looking for a resort where exceptional service complements the beautiful surroundings, Iberostar is an excellent choice.

You want to stay quiet so don’t book villas! They really have amazing ocean views but… Be prepared to be stock in middle of marriages and parties! No privacy, people wandering around the villas - photographers, outside guests, kids, and so on. Looks like you’ve booked a villa without any coolness. It is what it is!

I have visited the Iberostar in Playa a few years back. This year, we stayed at the Iberostar Selection Cancún. The property was very clean and well kept. Hotel staff were extremely accommodating and attentive to our requests. The hotel pool and beach did not feel over crowded. The Japanese hibachi grill was a fun experience on par with hibachi grills in the USA. The buffet had a wide variety of tasty food. Purchasing the beachside romantic dinner is definitely worth the extra expense. Thank you Uriel and Miguel! Overall, I will return for our next cancun vacation.

Just recently returned from a 4 night stay . Rooms are clean and good size , not as modern as other resorts I have visited but very good accommodations Fantastic meals in the a la cartes and lots of variety at the buffet . Great facilities and pools for smaller kids Red flag all week so no ocean swimming but out of our control
