Easily one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The noise levels due to close proximity to the clubs is unacceptable. I was up until 2:30am every night even after taking sleeping pills. My shower water was cold and I had to fix their toilet because it wouldn’t flush. I’d rather go feet first through a woodchipper than suffer another minute there. Also, their pool is filthy.

Aly was great and very helpful at the front desk. Made our check-in so much easier. She knew everything about the hotel, answered all of our questions and gave us plenty of information and recommendations for our stay. She was exceptionally professional.

We had a great time specially with all the pools activities. Our family enjoyed playing basketball in the pool and participating in the aerobics pool activities.

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. The staff is welcoming and friendly and the best part is majority speaks English. The hotel is in front of a beautiful beach with white sand and the water is very beautiful. The pool area is very family friendly. Daily they have different activities for the entire family. The hotel also provides special services to celebrate any occasion. We were celebrating a birthday during our trip, and the hotel arranged a beautifully decorated room complete with balloons, candles, and even a small cake, all at a very reasonable price. They offer customizable packages for honeymoons, anniversaries, birthdays, or any other special moment. I will surely be back.
