Rubi helped me a lot amazingly playing ping pong and volleyball in the pool and it was a very fun experience and I will always remember that??????

Excellent location. The beach is awesome right outside the back of the resort. We didn’t end up being able to try every restaurant because some were closed on the day we could have. Ruby, the pool activities coordinator, did a great job trying to involve people. We did poolside yoga, pool volleyball twice, and our kids also had fun with pool basketball, all run by Ruby. Our favorite server at the Aquamarina Buffet was Sergio. He was our server multiple days for breakfast and was always attentive, happy, and kind.

The yoga and pool volleyball were fun today with Ruby. Nice activities at the Krystal Cancun.

Very nice place and definitely taken care of and is very clean and the the food is great while all the drinks you can get is also one of my favorite parts

From the get go we knew this was going to be a not so fun trip. Upon arrival our bags were taken , and put to the side per usual until our room was ready. That was the best service we got all trip. We have been traveling to Mexico for 15 years and it’s by far the worst resort. Checked in at 1015am and were told we could not eat, drink, that our ALL inclusive was not going to begin until 11, to comeback and get our bands activated. At 11 after waiting 45 minutes in line just for them to tell us that we were fine the whole time. The room. Standard ocean view. First floor. Absolutely horrible. Beds hard. Room stench of sewer was strong every time you came in. The a/c worked minimal. Their fix was just to turn the temp down further. Mold In caulking of the showers , sinks fill up with water and don’t drain properly. The noise. I get its spring break and all About having fun, but no respect from The spring breakers. Yelling, screaming, slamming doors, knocking on doors, loud music, front desk and security does nothing. These kids trash the report hallways with food and drinks smashed against the wall. The resort staff doesn’t see to mind. Asked to be changed rooms. Was told it would be an upgrade and would have to pay the difference and that I was basically out of luck in that department. The location. Perfect. Beach is amazing, tho they say it’s private. If you’re an observant person you can tell it’s not. The “time share” were rude when you told them you didn’t want to be apart of the club. Treated us not well when we refused 7 times after being told. “We’re no pressure”, but let me get my 7 managers to come talk to you. Food is mediocre at best. The Italian was the best place we had eaten. We found ourselves going and getting more local food than resort food. The wait staff. Horrible. Days we would wait 10-15 minutes to get our drinks and we’d be done with our meals. Not everything is all inclusive. Have to pay for coffee. Ice cream bar, food that is “special” but any other resort is included. End of story. Stay away. Our kids had a good time but as adults it was horrible. We will not be back to this resort, or any Krystal resort affiliated ever again.
