The staff,the beach and the view make Krystal one of our favorite destinations in the winter from cold, snowy Wisconsin. Dinner on the pool deck with a fun dance band was a highlight this year. Shout out to our breakfast server, Rolando, who even remembered our room number! The beach drink servers Fatima, Omar and Raphael were quick and fun. We enjoyed chatting with all of them. Cruz in the Mediterranean restaurant was elegant, knowledgeable and pleasant. The one person who we did not get to see was Norma. She took care of us 15 years ago and again 2 years later. Staff told us she was still employed there and spoke highly of her,as she was in a supervisor position now. Sorry we missed you, you were part of the reason we returned to the Krystal.

We just returned from Krystal Club in Cancun... I've read some of the reviews before we went there... and whoever is not happy in this amazing location, may very well stay home and admire their fossettes, cutlery and plates... because I am telling you guys, this is a dream come true! Location is amazing, people are helpful and happy, food at the little restaurants on the premises is great, other bars (CocoBong, Baby!!) or restaurants are in walking distance, even museums (Tequilla of course) and Mexican Outlet Mall is in 5 minute reach... We went Islas des Mujeres, Hop-On Hop-Off Cancun Tour and Xcaret (last one booked by the hotel) and we loved each and every ones to pieces! A great vacation overall!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The beachfront location is amazing, and the staff were generally friendly. The rooms, while a bit dated, were clean and comfortable. They offer great amenities, but the food could use some more variety. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’d definitely consider coming back for the views!

The customer service from Cecilia, Beatrice, Carla and Cruz was amazing! I would definitely recommend asking for one of them if you eating at Restaurant Las Velas or if you are at the beach. We had an amazing experience at The Krystal Cancun.

With Sexy Cici for breakfast, Carla for a drunken lunch and Cruz for delicious dinners, Las Velas servers were cool and very helpful. Amazing hotel and resort to relax and have fun! Definitely recommend for families and couples looking to create great experiences!
