The hotel room was a disappointment, though we have booked and pay extra for the deluxe front ocean view, this was definitely not the case, the room was on the side, also the furniture is old and bathtub chipped and looked as it was there since 1900s. The balcony doors are there for nothing, you can hear everything from outside and I couldn’t get a proper sleep in any of the nights as you can hear the music from the terrace and from the other resorts. The “best” came came upon checkout when the receptionist has informed that we only pay the tourist tax for 5 nights instead of 7, but we have definitely payed the 29 dollars that they have asked upon checkin, but because we payed in cash we had no proof. We have asked them to check the CCTV, but the receptionist ignored me ( is not about the extra 8 dollars, but is about the principle). We were a group of 6 and the others as they payed by card did not had this issue. I would advise to check your employees and not the guests which are paying lots of money to come and have a nice time. Also the bracelets were removed from our wrists at 12pm, though we had the flight in the evening and also arrived in the evening on our 1st day, forcing us for any food or drinks that we might have had ( this doesn’t happen in other resorts that we have been to).

It was a great dinner and the show was excellent. The food was delicious. They gave us miso soup, rice, and a variety of vegetables and different kinds of meat. Chef was entertaining and extremely fun. I highly recommend this experience……..
