Such an amazing experience. The staff were amazing, nice and very helpful, concierge Janer helped us on arrival and did an amazing job. Given the chance I would definitely go back. The food at the beach was amazing, the beach itself was very gorgeous. Loved my stay there
The Good and the Bad

To begin, I don’t generally write reviews, I allow people to have their own experience as all of our needs are different. I’ll also preface that I’ve worked in the tourism industry for 25years in multiple capacity’s and I will say without a doubt that would never return here again! I’ll start with the good. -outdoor space is clean and pool is well maintained. - staff outside is wonderful and helpful. - beach is really nice and pretty safe for kids in general. But….thats where it ends. The bad: #1 - we traveled as a family if 5 in 2 separate rooms with an adjoining request. Although I didn’t have much faith in this request, not one person tried to accommodate this request, I’m not a complainer and Ive worked in hotels so I understood but, the fact we were on 2 separate floors was frustrating. #2 - the elevators are HORRIBLE! I waited for nearly 25min for one on the first day, after that I used the stairs to get most places but with children this is challenging. #3 - the way they operate their key system is very flawed. They give you a wrist band with the key attached to it which in theory is great, but just one. My 13year old could not go to and from the room freely, I had to walk him up and down every time he wanted a break. Very frustrating. #4 - the worst of it, my 13 year old got stuck on the balcony while we were all at the pool. If he had not had his phone he would have been stuck out there until we returned. Luckily he did have his phone and called me. It took me 4 calls to the front desk to have someone come up and help, 30 minutes if you can believe it! Totally unsafe and made me extremely upset. Not one person called to see if everything was ok….not one. #5 - the incredible lack of customer service in this place is like nothing I have ever experienced. My advice is to keep searching for a better option.
