Overall great trip. The food was excellent at every place we tried, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were great. Sergio at the Lobby bar was by far the best! He was always there when we needed, we appreciated him so much.

Hugo Juarez waited on me and my daughter for her birthday and his service was impeccable. In fact, we had impeccable service at every aspect of this hotel. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating.

The resort looks amazing and the rooms are nice (time to update). The quality of food and drinks was not worth the high price. The customer service was good.

Love this place. Vacationed here more than 10 times. We will be back. Have gone to other Hyatt’s and this one is the best. They have a travel agency that can book any excursion that you desire.
