Juan at Bugemvilua really made it for us! A waiter that also sings and makes it fun - is quite an experience! Great job, Juan! The hotel as a whole - stunningly new after renivation

Everything was excellent from the service to the food I give Everything a 10. Are 2 servers at the buffet was excellent Carlos,and Abel did a great job serving us. Truly needs a raise ??

We stayed at Hyatt Zilara Cancún and had the best service and experience at resort and Bulgamila with our waiter Juan and Bartendar Ivan. They gave us the best experience food was amazing and tequila!
