This resort is amazing! The staf were extremely kind and attentive, the room was spotless and cleaned every day, and we had a lovely time. The gym had all new equipment and amazing pilates and strength classes. I would totally recommend!

This is our third time to stay at this resort. Each time has been a wonderful experience. This resort is a wonderful place for relaxing and reconnecting with your wife or significant other. This is not a party resort. They do have some activities but this one is more based towards relaxing and spending time together. The spa experience is incredible I would highly recommend booking the spa package.

Randy has been an amazing bartender, he always has a drink ready for you, a smile on his face and is very attentive to everyone! Our favorite bartender, so much fun at Highlights!

Our week at Hyatt Zilara Cancun was truly an exceptional experience. From the beautiful resort itself to the incredible staff, food, entertainment, and Fitness program, there was so much to love. What really stood out, though, was how consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely kind the staff were throughout the resort. The Resort & Rooms The resort is absolutely beautiful, modern, elegant, and thoughtfully designed, with lots of outdoor elements incorporated throughout the property. There are so many amenities that it feels like there is always something to enjoy. Our room was spacious and extremely well appointed. And the bed - WOW! It was honestly one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept in. I didn't even need to use the pillow menu because the pillows were already so comfortable! In fact, I loved the pillows so much that I'm working with the vendor to purchase a couple for home. The toiletries were also among our favorites. We loved the rain-head shower, and having a Jacuzzi on the balcony was such a wonderful luxury—we definitely used it! There was plenty of closet space, and the room itself was very spacious and comfortable. Restaurants & Dining We thought the restaurants were very good, and we especially loved Pier 12 and Spices. A special shout-out to the wonderful hostesses Alexa, who was so sweet and welcoming and to Cinthia we appreciate you both. And our favorite waiters were Marcelino, Victor, Ivan, and Ramon. Their service and personalities made our meals even more enjoyable. Pools & Service The pools were beautiful and incredibly refreshing. We also really enjoyed the poolside atmosphere and entertainment. A special thank-you to Danira, who was fantastic at anticipating our needs, and Levi, who was so attentive. Those little touches of service really made a difference. In fact, service was one of the things we appreciated most about Hyatt Zilara. Everywhere we went, the staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely pleasant. A very special shout-out to Abimael, who was one of the most pleasant and wonderful bar servers we encountered. He was always friendly and attentive and made us feel so welcome. We also want to acknowledge Norberto in Marketing. He was an absolute delight to work with, helpful, professional, and incredibly pleasant. Spa The Spa was such a nice treat. I had the Zen Ritual, and I highly recommend it. It was a wonderful way to relax and unwind during the week. Thank you to Gilberto, the Spa Concierge, for being so attentive and helpful and making the experience even more enjoyable. Entertainment — Truly Exceptional The entertainment at Hyatt Zilara was superb. We especially loved the Mexican Fiesta evening and the White Party. The entertainment was honestly the best we have experienced at an all-inclusive resort. One thing I particularly appreciated was seeing the staff themselves being acknowledged and celebrated. It created such a positive atmosphere and showed how much the resort values the people who make the guest experience so special. A special shout-out to Rodrigo, the Entertainment Manager, and Daniel. Thank you both for being so helpful, kind, and welcoming. The energy and organization of the entertainment team were outstanding. The Fitness Experience - A Special Thank You to FVE One of the reasons this trip was particularly meaningful to me was that I was at Hyatt Zilara through FVE on a one-week engagement as a guest Fitness instructor. I am incredibly grateful to FVE for sending me to Hyatt Zilara and giving me the opportunity to teach Fitness classes at such a wonderful resort. As a Fitness instructor, I was especially impressed by the Fitness Center. It is superb, beautifully appointed, spacious, modern, and extremely well equipped. The variety of classes was also excellent. It was such a pleasure to teach the classes and interact with the guests who participated. I especially enjoyed getting to know Jonathan, the Fitness Manager. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming - and clearly very fit himself! I also had the opportunity to take his classes, which was a lot of fun. Jonathan was a wonderful person to work with and made me feel very welcome during my stay. It was also wonderful meeting the other Fitness instructors, Maria, Sandy, and Elizabeth. They were all so energetic, friendly, and enthusiastic, and their classes were always a lot of fun. It was a pleasure being part of the Fitness team for the week. A Final Thank You There were so many people who contributed to making our stay special, and I really want to acknowledge them by name. Wendy, Alexa, Cinthia, Marcelino, Victor, Ivan, Ramon, Danira, Levi, Gilberto, Rodrigo, Daniel, Abimael, Norberto, Jonathan, Maria, Sandy, and Elizabeth, thank you all for your kindness, professionalism, energy, and genuine hospitality. And most importantly, thank you to FVE for making this experience possible. Being able to travel to Hyatt Zilara Cancun and teach Fitness classes as a guest instructor was an incredible opportunity, and it was such a pleasure to share my passion for Fitness with the guests. Overall, Hyatt Zilara Cancun gave us an experience that went far beyond a beautiful all-inclusive vacation. The resort is gorgeous, the rooms are exceptionally comfortable, the food and entertainment are excellent, the Fitness facilities are outstanding, and, most importantly, the people make this place special. We would absolutely love to return!
