Stayed at the Seadust for a week, and for the whole week my family and I kept coming back to Big Ben for breakfast because of our waiter Roberto! He really treated us like family! Every morning he was there with a warm smile, a great laugh, and loving life. Definitely coming back because of his superb service !

Stayed here for a week and the best part of the trip was the Service at big Bens that was exceptional with server Roberto, he never fails to deliver great service with a smile. Roberto kept us coming back each morning.

Super cute, the service is super nice, food is a 10/10, it's super fun, they have different things you could use, they have shows that are super fun, and you get so many new memories with the people you care for or love even if you are alone you could go alone and you would have fun.

Staff has been nothing but friendly!the dining experiences have been great. Each restaurant has had great service. The food at each place has been delicious. Great atmosphere for our young kids! Definitely a trip we plan to make again! Thank you!

The service is great here! Everyone is so nice, and there's so many restaurants and options! One of them is El Maguey, and Roberto the server there really made our experience 10 times better! The ocean here is so beautiful and blue, and the pools are very nice as well if you want to avoid the sand! There are many other things to do like scuba diving, jet skiing, mini golf, and paragliding which we did! It's really fun and a great experience! Would recommend for a relaxing vacation!
