Luxurious, Family-Friendly, and Memorable Stay at Villa Del Palmar Cancun

Our recent stay at Villa Del Palmar Luxury Resort & Spa Cancun exceeded expectations on many levels. We stayed in a gorgeous 2-bedroom suite that offered true comfort and relaxation. The master bedroom featured a private jacuzzi and the most comfortable king-size bed I’ve ever slept in. We also loved the spacious balcony with hammocks—perfect for morning coffee or evening wind-downs. The pool areas were thoughtfully designed with something for everyone: an adults-only section, a main pool, a larger kid-friendly pool, and a splash pad for the little ones. That said, the pool water during our stay in the summer was quite warm—almost like a hot tub. It would be great if the resort could find a way to cool the pools during hotter months. Dining was a definite highlight. With the all-inclusive meal plan, we were able to enjoy restaurants at both Villa Del Palmar and the adjacent Garza Blanca. Two standouts were Hiroshi, a top-tier Japanese restaurant at Garza Blanca, and Davino’s, a fantastic Italian restaurant at Villa Del Palmar. Both delivered excellent service and high-quality cuisine. Evenings at the resort featured engaging entertainment—live music, dancing, and a surprisingly impressive magic show that kept us all entertained. We also booked the Taco Tour excursion through Cancun Adventures, and it was incredible! Our guide Carlito was personable, funny, and very knowledgeable. He took us to some amazing local taquerias where we sampled a variety of tacos and even made our own salsa and margaritas. Highly recommend! Special shoutout to Berenice at the front desk, who handled a billing issue with professionalism and care. She was patient, thorough, and truly went above and beyond. Bottom line: I highly recommend Villa Del Palmar Cancun. The resort delivers comfort, fun, and exceptional service for families and couples alike. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing service ,I want to thank Cecile for having my fruits ready every morning and from all the waiters on the beach who do a phenomenal job ,a special thank you to Gabriel who kept coming around to see we were ok. Number 1 spot in Cancun ,i highly recommend it

Where do i begin,I want to start by saying,Mr.Amir took care of my family like he’s own,Mr Ríos who who has one of the most difficult jobs in the front desk,my room and reservations were perfect ,thank you my friend,I met the new Manager Mr.Martin ,what a gentleman,he’s hands on and made my family feel right at home,the restaurants were top notch,thank you chef Oscar and chef David,last but not least,my boys at the beach who had everything set up for me ,Mr.Kevin ,Alexandro ,Jareb and Angel who were amazing,everything was perfect, thank you ?? from my heart

They have the best service around!! Alejandro at the elite pool is by far the best and Raul is the best server in Mexico!! We absolutely love it here!! Best family vacation ever!
Multiple issues with the room, they would not change our room

We had multiple issues like balcony door not opening, air conditioning not working, water leaking from the vent. Also no water for 2 hours. Carlos from front desk said to pack our luggage and he will bring us a new room. After an hour when I went back to the front desk for new room key. He said he had no new room. My kids and wife had to take a shower in brother’s room who was also staying at the hotel. When i requested to speak to Carlos’s supervisor he said he is on vacation. He is the main supervisor for now. Carlos said he will get us a new room next day. He will leave detailed notes for Estephan so that I don’t have explain the whole ordeal, so I have a smooth transition to a new room. Next day Estephan had no notes left for him from Carlos. Estephan said he is fully booked. He might have new room tomorrow maybe.I gave up on changing room because it was such a hassle. The service in the front desk was unacceptable. I did not need that stress on my vacation.
