The place is great I had some good food. The buffet is very complete and the food is high quality The room was perfect. Although my room was directly across the theater and at night the music was loud, the group playing was really good. I almost got out of bed and walked down to the thater to have some good time, but I was way too tired and I needed to get up real early, so.. duty comes first. It was a great stay

Overall the resort is very good. Check in experience was a pain (hot, long wait). The activities crew is absolutely fantastic (JD, Diego, Arby, and David). Pools are fantastic as well. Rooms might be a touch small, but are comfortable and in good condition. Would highly recommend.

Our group of 20 will definitely be back! We wish we could have stayed longer! We enjoyed the entertainment staff and kids club the most! Beach was beautiful and clean, no seaweed!!!!! Can't wait to go back!

We had a group of 20 and had an absolute blast! With our group of age ranges from 11 months to 50s, everyone had the best time! The entertainment staff, shout out to Arbie, JD, and Diego, literally made our stay 1000 times better! Chihani at Kids Club had our kiddos in tears when we had to say goodbye because they thoroughly enjoyed and loved their time with her! We can't wait to go back!!!

We spent 4 nights and 5 days at this resort as a family of 5 (2 elem age kids and one almost 1yo). This is our second time at this resort and enjoyed it just as much as the first time, or even more! The kids swimming pool area was perfect for our whole group (7 kids in total). All ages found something to enjoy in the pool. We went back and forth between kids pool, party pool, and beach area. Drinks were always easily accessible no matter where you found yourself on the resort. Activities were fun throughout the day and each person that led the activity kept the energy level up and kept us laughing and having fun. This year was the first time for us to use the Kids Club and omg—-the best thing ever!!! Chiharu clearly cared about her job and making sure that each kid was accounted for all of the time and kept them constantly entertained with fun activities planned for them to do. They made keychains, went on iguana tours, built sandcastles, and even stopped by for slushies after some swimming time. By the second day, our kids were looking and waiting for her by the beach because they had so much fun with her! They are certainly going to miss her!! If you are a family or group with younger aged kids, look no further because this resort is the perfect spot for you!
