Carlos Perez was as good as always. So was the rest of the staff, but Carlos in the dining room was fantastic, his customer service and making my family feel special. The grounds are well maintained and pool was clean. Beach is great, no rocks in the sand and you can snorkel a bit and see a few things.

So much to say about this place not enough space. Overall, relaxing, great atmosphere, friendly staff, exceptional service, and amazing experience. Best beach on the entire island where you can swim drink and listen to good music.

We had a wonderful week at Allegro Cozumel. We are First Club members and have been coming to this resort over 20 times. This is the second time since the fire in August 2022. The beach was amazing. No seaweed. The waters and colors were fantastic. The service at Santa Rosa with Luis, Omar, Christain, and Alfredo is top notch. These guys work endlessly to ensure our cups are full and we are having a good time! The staff is the reason we keep coming back! We are not picky travelers...just need a bed and a shower. We don't come for the rooms or the food. The price point is so low, that going off the resort to eat is doable and a fun experience!

I have to say the entertainment personnel was the best. They had different activities for everyone during the hole day. Thanks Merari, Arbey, Angel ,Cecilia and Dj Michel. Down part was, as we arrived by 11am in the morning after 8 hours of traveling we had to wait till 3pm to get a room. Apparently hotels rules that after 3pm first come first serves get a room.

I am a first club member and this was my first time at the Allegro property. I have stayed at the Occidental property Nextdoor two times and that is nice also, but I think the allegro just became my favorite. They allegro has a nice big beach! The first club building is on the water. Food and drinks and private pool all on the beach! The staff of the Santa Rosa first club building, Omar, Luis, Christian and Alfrodo too great care of us all week. They spoke fine English and helped me practice my Spanish! Gracias amigos! As for the rest of the resort, they have a swim up bar in the main pool. A couple pools for kids to play. The main buffet was also good actually. Attentive staff there as well and a good experience. They have three speciality restaurants, a Mexican, Italian and Oriental one. The dinner show of the oriental grill was fun! The Italian restaurant had such a good salad and charcuterie bar also. Very nice! I will for sure be back. This is my third dive trip to Cozumel at a Barcelo property and the Allegro is my favorite.
