Love it not first time 1043675469 Staying in this resort every year . best beach in Cozumel , best friendly staff ,very clean rooms , very good choice of beverages , perfect location outside crowded town, very friendly for kids, always something good to eat. Cant complain, so if someone leaving less than 4 star for this resort must be totally { you know what}.

The Allegro staff is very attentive and responsive, especially Luis, Omar, Christian and Alfredo @ Santa Rosa, gorgeous hotel!

We enjoyed our experience with our kids at Allegro Cozumel. Our kids had a blast with the activities at Kids Club and with Arbey. Arbey made the experience fun and gave them a personalized experience. My husband throughly enjoyed living out his youth with daily beach volleyball. The restaurant to try is for sure - Fuji Hibachi. The food was great and the show. Buffet was as expected. The kids liked the Nutella sauce for the French toast and made to order omelets. Having soft serve ice cream made their days every day. The beach was beautiful except for the jellyfish that come in with the tide. The daily snorkeling rental was a plus for the kids. They saw all sorts of conch shells and stingrays, such a cool experience for them.

Had a great time with my older parents. Definitely must do the premium as the regular buffet is awful. Beaches are really nice. Staff is awesome.

This is a very quaint resort with decent food and good drinks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone speaks decent English and was very helpful when we tried to use Spanish. We really like this place and would recommend it unless you are looking for a higher end experience. If you go here, just remember it not high end. But who wants that in the Caribbean at the beach anyway?
