Beautiful grounds and great beach. Wonderful ocean front, clean water. Good pool vibes. Friendly and accommodating staff, especially the two women who are taking care of the kids club Marianna and Anony (pardon my spelling). Rooms left something to the imagination and maintenance is needed. The kids splash pool which is appealing when booking, needs major maintenance, almost nothing works as it should. Food left a lot to be desired, however the grill option is always better than the buffet. Vanilla soft ice cream was loved by everyone at the resort. Small resort, you recognize everyone pretty quickly and don't have a chance of getting lost.

From the thatch huts to the swim up bar, the restaurants, with amazing food and fruit and the BEACH. UGH, the beach cleanliness alone will bring you back again and again. The staff is all very friendly! You feel no angst, stress or pressure to do anything. While you’re there, you’re just in a wonderful bliss! Every single employee is kind and helpful. My father has a motorised mobility scooter. No problems at all. I have nothing negative to say. I will say this, I’LL BE BACK FOR MY 11 TH STAY! Also, you do not get bullied to watch any videos for time share or anything like that. This resort is where you’re gonna stay in Cozumel. Just go ahead and book it. ??????

We have been to this resort many times, the beach is fantastic. This resort is comfortable never overly busy, you never have to wait long for anything, the staff every where are so helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and always full stocked with beer, soda and water. If you need anything no need to get upset just ask and they will accommodate you. If I may...make one suggestion/inquiry, this is the first year that the Santa Rosa did not have their kitchen running and had food sent over to them from the main buffet. Please let us know this was this just a one off thing? It was good, please don't get me wrong. However patrons are paying for the extra service in this area and it would be nice to have the full service we are paying extra money for. Having said that the staff at Santa Rosa were and always are fantastic, thank you Omar, Luis, Cristian and Alfredo for always making our visit memorable. Rafael and Cesar at the splash bar were fantastic, great service all around. Alex aka Sharkey at the towel centre was super nice and had great advice to give about the island. Ana Karen the reception at the premium lounge was super helpful, always sweet and greeted us with a smile always. We will be there again next year as always and thank you for the amazing service Allego.
