So so much fun! Staff very friendly. The beach was beautiful. Very clean. Rooms were nice but walls are very thin. Overall, Cozumel was great at Allegro!

We had an amazing time. The staff was amazing. Food was good. Thank you to Danna , Diego. The beach is amazing. The water is clear. Loved the live band at night.

Cesar Balam the bartender has been absolutely terrific! All the staff have been so friendly and helpful. My only complaint was in our original room the sewage was coming in from a floor drain into the room. I had to ask 3 times for help, then finally demanded a new room. The manager treated me like a nuisance, offered no apology, then finally gave us a different room. Nothing else was offered for the inconvenience. Very poor customer service!

The management was subpar but he staff was great. Especially Cesar Balan, he was fantastic!!! Our room flooded with sewage. The manager didn’t want to help us. A simple apology goes a long way
