We had an excellent stay at The Diplomat Beach Resort. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and perfectly located on the beach. The overall experience felt upscale, comfortable, and well organized. MADO was outstanding. His service truly elevated our stay—professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and his attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Experiences like this are what set great hotels apart. We would absolutely return and highly recommend The Diplomat, especially thanks to MADO’s exceptional service.

????? I had an excellent experience thanks to the outstanding customer service from one of the staff members MADO during my stay. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive, going out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to encounter someone who is not only efficient but also truly cares about guests having a great experience. His positive attitude and willingness to help made a big difference and really elevated my stay. This is the kind of service that keeps guests coming back Hilton is lucky to have him! Great experience being here. All the workers were very polite and gave the best option when booking. We were able to experience all the amenities from the shop, to the beach, and the cornhole! The whole family was excited and to top it off we were able to experience the boardwalk which was just an amazing experience; A big thanks to Joe who was working the concierge who was very straightforward and kind to show us the route to the boardwalk and how to make the most of it, thanks to Joe and all the wonderful workers at the diplomat the family was able to have a wonderful experience!

We were only here overnight but the hotel is beautiful. We arrived at night and the ambience inside and out made it feel special. The food and experience st the Prime steak restaurant was amazing. Comfortable beds. Clean. Friendly staff throughout.

We stayed Christmas Eve after attending Cookies & Cocoa with Santa, which was a great event for my grandkids. Our room was very nice and the view was amazing.
