Great facilities and access to ocean But nothing better than Joe Lombardo at concierge Knows the area very well for recommendations in the area

Everybody that I met was wonderful that I met face-to-face. For example, Mado on the Frontdesk simply exceptional connected one out of his way to make sure that I know about the property. Here’s where I have issues. I’m there for work all I could listen to as I’m trying to sleep is the loud noise of the elevator going up and down. It was a sold out property so they couldn’t move me. No consideration they were completely comfortable with me being uncomfortable. I was struggling getting on board the Internet. It was slow so they wanted me to upgrade. I’m spending $700 a night on a room and they want me to upgrade to get the Internet to work and the people I was texting with were completely condescending. So face-to-face, exceptional. Texting and interacting with the staff that’s hiding behind the scenes. I would give it a one star. The front desk. Five stars they help me out on a ton of different things.

Joe the concierge went above and beyond to make sure our group had a welcoming stay assisting with everything we needed! Would definitely recommend the stay here all thanks to Joe.

Another lovely visit at the Diplomat for a large conference. This is my 5th visit & my husband has been 12+ times. The rooms, meals, beach, staff & overall experience is excellent! We look forward to our visit each year. Loving the pool renovation that was completed in the last 12 months! A huge shout out to Melissa Harrison & all the wonderful Diplomat staff for going above & beyond this year. Thank you!

Joe was very helpful in helping find a solution and very courteous. He helped me reach the person I was looking for. Great interaction and guest services.
