It was ok.i was there for a conference. Very large facility. The room was ok. I had ttouble with the lock and had to go downstairs 3 times. And they finally sent up someone to install a battery in the door. Conference space was great.

We are currently staying at Signia by Hilton, and during our stay we stopped by the front desk with a question. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Mado, and we couldn't be more impressed with the level of service he provided. Mado was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. He took his time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure we had all the information we needed. We never felt rushed—he went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. His professionalism was exceptional, but what truly stood out was his warm, kind, and approachable personality. It's clear that he genuinely cares about guests and takes great pride in providing outstanding service. Interactions like this make a stay even more enjoyable. Signia by Hilton is very fortunate to have someone like Mado on their team. His dedication to exceptional hospitality deserves recognition, and we truly appreciate the wonderful experience he provided. Thank you, Mado, for your kindness and outstanding service!
Great Location, great amenities
Headneck (Rochester, Minnesota) on Jul 25, 2026
This hotel is on a great location in Hollywood Florida. Beautiful beach with great access from hotel, the upper level ocean front room made for spectacular views, and the room was nice, clean, and functional. Great room amenities ( plugs, minifrig, balcony and in room furniture). The hotel gym has great equipment and fantastic cooling. Fantastic lobby bar with great drink options and friendly bar staff. Restaurant food was very good, as was staff. Short walk to boardwalk for restaurants and entertainment, and Publix across street for water ( see Cons) and supplies. Cons: The layout of this hotel is poor. The main elevator lobby is a major thoroughfare to the conference area, which makes getting on and off the elevators chaotic. The lobby is crowded and choked, as again, it’s the major thoroughfare to the conference area, check in and restaurants. The hotel treats water like a rare commodity, which is tough in Florida in July. There are no bottle dispensers, and water is $11.00/ bottle in the room. Cups for coffee dispenser were never restocked in room, and asking for them from staff seemed like an inconvenience. Hotel staff does not have the customer service mentality (eye contact, acknowledgment)that is common in most high end hotel chains.

My girl friends and I had a fabulous lunch at Playa. The cocktails and cuisine were exquisite. Ms. Virginia serviced us and created such a great experience! I would highly recommend staying at this resort and dinning at any of their fine establishments.
