Good evening , I wish i could have give this place a 0 star raiting I had a booking for 2 rooms (prepaid ) for the 20 to the 23 of march 2025 upon arrival check in went smooth I asked if the pool heather was working they said yes first thing that was not true they ask for 250 deposit for each night so equal to 1000 wish they still have not refund me they just give me one of the 500 back still waitig for the rest hotel was and still under contruction be aware of this scaming place will never stay at this hotel ever again

This is a phenomenal property for business or family travel. The hotel has endless amenities, food and beverage choices, resources for business meetings/conferences, and of course multiple pools and beach access. My ocean view room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed waking up to the sunrise every morning! All of the staff were courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure all of my needs were met. I sincerely appreciate the valet crew who were available to assist me with exiting my vehicle every time I returned from an outing; housekeeping staff who made sure my room was cleaned and refreshed daily; Joe , the concierge, who was friendly, knowledgeable and answered my questions with ease; and the canteen staff who assisted me with my purchases on an almost daily basis during my 5 night stay. The hotel is located in a safe, walkable area that is in close proximity to a Publix grocery store, drug store, small cafes, and restaurants. I highly recommend this property, and eagerly look forward to my next trip to the Ft. Lauderdale/Miami area so I can stay here once again. Keep up the good work!

Shoutout to Mado for coming through big time! Got hit with bogus charges after checkout, but he handled it fast and got me a full refund. Total pro. Give that man a raise—he saved my trip! Thank you so much Mado! You are the man with a plan! Great place!

I had the best resort experience in South Florida. The views were amazing, all kinds of amenities were available, and staff were one of a kind, particularly Joe, in concierge. He really takes care of you and always puts a smile on your face. Ask him anything! <3

Joe was SO helpful. I came for a conference as a breastfeeding mother and he assisted me on freezing my breastmilk in preparation for flying home. He was extremely polite and pleasant. It really relieved the stress of being far from my baby. It is also a lovely hotel with good food, beach access, and an amazing pool.
