The team in the Press cafe were so friendly, made me feel so welcome and rembered my name (thank you Sherril!!) and order which during a business trip makes a difference.

I had breakfast at The Press. I was looking for a simple oatmeal - without anything else added Yet that was not available (ready made) in the fridge. I asked Sherril from the team if they would kindly prep one for me. She came back a minute later: “Well make it happen.” And: it was so yummy that a few minutes later I asked…”Would you … by and chance…have any left? I have a long journey in from of me”. Unfortunately it was all gone by now. Then Simone said: “I set some aside for myself that we would have thrown otherwise. Please have it. You have a long travel in front of you.” Both Sherril and Simone are soo generous. And: they simple radiate kindness. So does the entire team. You can find oatmeal everywhere. Here you get a good one plus genuine kindness and a smile on your face.

Mado at the front desk was amazing! I’ve traveled Hilton for decades and he is s by far the Best! He was so friendly and kind. First time here and he made sure we were well informed abd made us feel so welcomed The resort is beautiful!

This is a great resort to stay at. Dorothy and Simone at the Press Cafe were wonderful every morning. They remembered my drink after one time ordering it. Couldn't have asked for better customer service from them out every single member of the staff I encountered. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. I had a room with a balcony and the cute of the ocean. I highly recommend the upgrade. So worth it!

It was a lovely environment and experience, everything was very clean and pleasant to be a customer to Sherrill! She was very sweet and made very good coffee’s!
