We had a great stay and the concierge, Joe, was so attentive and helpful finding us a dinner reservation that met the needs of a family with various eating restrictions. All the staff were very pleasant. The kids had a great time in the pools, splash area and the beach.

I excellent venue for our conference and we stayed after for some relaxation. Joe at the Concierge Desk is the man to talk to!

Looking for a nice treat giveaway? I really liked this hotel for their amenities, pools and awesome service. Keddy was great setting up our chairs and umbrella to have a nice ocean view. Front desk attention is outstanding. We couldn’t enjoy the free paddle board ride because it was very windy but the hotel gives you this free of charge and more. We will be back.

We had the best experience at the Diplomat ! We rented Beach Daybed and it was located in the front. Nothing beats the customer service given by Edge and Lili. Since we arrived Edge made sure to clean the daybed and provide umbrellas and extra chairs as well as bring my mom a drink by singing happy bday ! Thank you ! Don’t think twice , and stay at the diplomat!

Hospitality done, right can be a truly uplifting and amazing experience. Prior to arrival I contacted Joe Lombardo at the concierge desk to arrange some dinners and was treated with such genuine care and concern that even prior to arriving on property, I felt not only looked after but embraced. I wanted the room to be the best available and Joe directed me to speak with Gloria the voice of the diplomat and she took it to another level by doing her upmost to provide us with a room with an incredible view. All prior to arrival. Once on property, I met both Joe and Gloria face-to-face, and their hospitality was tangible. It didn’t end,there because 95% of staff greet you with a smile and abundantly friendliness. Karen, the pool and beach Director is a stand out ,Edge the beach manager as well. We stayed on the 31st floor in a king Oceanview. I will be back. I will be calling Gloria and Joe ahead of time and I will have peace of mind and a five star experience.
