I lost my passport while traveling and didn’t discover the problem until I was ready to check out. Joe, the concierge, did everything he possibly could to help me. He searched all over and even checked with hotel security to try to get advice about how I could fly home without my ID! He gave me his contact info and took mine so he could follow up directly in case it turns up. Such a stressful morning made so much better by great customer service.

Joe from concierge was very helpful in helping set up the room with a surprise for my girlfriend for our anniversary stay. He was amazing !

The hotel is incredible! Not only the atmosphere, the service every single person was friendly and open to explain what ever I need to know! The food and beverage offer is GIANT I can’t believe there is so many places in a same building! Definitely I be back here!
