Alize is a great Pool Supervisor—always professional, attentive, and reliable. She keeps the area safe and well-organized while making sure guests feel welcome. Her positive attitude and strong leadership really stand out.

Alize at the pool and beach was amazing, service was top notch she kept checking up on us throughout the day making sure we were well taken care of. Never had to ask for a thing !!!! She’s on top !

Sandra from the lobby is so kind! Met her in the bathroom and she was so warm and friendly! What a pleasure to meet kind people like her, from Trinity and Tobago. The bathroom was spotless and smelled great.
