Shani made my experience at Solara truly exceptional. Her attention to detail and level of hospitality were absolutely world-class. I stopped by before dinner for a quick cocktail and returned afterward for a nightcap. Not only did she remember my order, but she also remembered my mother’s order without us having to ask!!! Despite the bar being packed with guests watching the World Cup, Shani never missed a beat. She was attentive, personable, efficient, and made every guest feel valued. Service like hers is rare, and I would genuinely come back to Solara just because of her. I’d also like to recognize Jose and the barbacks for doing an outstanding job. They kept the bar, counters, and surrounding area spotless throughout the evening, creating a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable atmosphere. The entire team contributed to a fantastic experience, but Shani’s exceptional service truly stood out. Solara is fortunate to have such an incredible team member representing them!

We stopped by the hotel bar to watch the FIFA World Cup. The staff were phenomenal. A massive thank you to Shani and Jose who were both super friendly, helpful and professional. The drinks and the food were both delicious. I will definitely visit again!
