Excellent Stay!

We recently stayed at the Halifax Marriott Harbourfront Hotel and were very pleased with our choice of hotel. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and helpful. This is the perfect location in Halifax, since it is directly on the water front. You are able to walk out the door and walk to many restuants and attractions along the water front. Breakfasts at their in house restaurant were enjoyed every morning of our stay. We definitely would say here again if we find ourselves in the Halifax area.

Amazing value for your money !!!!

Amazing hotel with a great, attentive staff. Everyone from the front desk to the lunge is fantastic. The gym is 10/10. The newly renovated M-Lounge is also 10/10. What a treat! The breakfast is phenomenal. Most nights, unless you are super-hungry, the happy hour offerings are just enough. I know Halifax has awesome food options, but on those busy nights where you might need to work, a glass of wine and wonderful snacks might just be enough. It was the case for me. The staff at the M-Lounge was A-MAZING! The sweetest Canadians EVER. The location o this hotel is top-notch. You can ditch the car and walk anywhere. I live in Philadelphia so I love walkable, transit-oriented cities. I mean, it is still North America, but in Halifax you will be able to walk or take public transit relatively easily anywhere within city limits. The food scene near the hotel rivals any big city in the world. Even NYC. There are a couple of top Canadian restaurants in the city. Also, the hotel is in the vicinity of a few top attract8ons. Again, this is a walkable world-class destination. I highly recommend this hotel!

Good hotel in Halifax

Really good location near the water and plenty of choices for bars and restaurants nearby. Room had everything we needed and plenty of facilities which we didn’t have time to try like the pool. We did have a good meal and drink in the bar and slept well. We used their car park for overnight and although a cost it was fine for us and easy to leave on exit. I would recommend anyone to stay here as a good hotel.

I had an excellent stay at the Marriott Harbourfront! Ayman went above and beyond to make sure my visit was comfortable and memorable. He was extremely professional, attentive, and accommodating throughout my stay. His genuine care and outstanding service truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel and especially Ayman for anyone looking for a welcoming and exceptional experience. Thank you Ayman!

Trying to View the suite, ended up canceling from a phone call experience

I made the reservation October 10th I have on also at the MUIR, I wanted to know if I could view the suit to see if the one at the Harbour front to the one at the Muir has a nice seating area as the description is lacking if it states a seating area, I called the Harbour front the auto automatic system couldn't understand me, i called the front desk to ask If I could view the suit, they transferred me to sales I states I don't know why they transferred me to sales they can see the availability at the front desk, then they transferred me to another department didn't say what department it was, they stated I needed to call the automatic system they transferred me without asking me. I called back stated I needed to cancel it please transfer me to the front desk or somebody that can cancel it. The person I was talking to state the only way I cancel it is online or the automatic system, I said this is the worse experience I just want to cancel it now and she snickered at me I said, I cancel it later I don't have time, she stated I could come in thanks giving and view it I said I will be too busy. I'm unsure if I even want to stay at any Marriott hotel now.
