Although this hotel does not have a restaurant or room service, I was still highly satisfied with their Ocean View Suite, which not only had a waterfall deep soaking tub with view of the ocean, soundproof windows kept tourist and traffic noise completely out! It is a shame that the new Renaissance Hotel on Kapiolani Boulevard did not have soundproof windows, because tourist and traffic noise kept me up all night long!

Great location! Close to many shops and restaurants. A couple of blocks from the main strip and beach. Staff were always helpful and friendly. Rooms were a good size, with modern amenities. The pool/jacuzzi area was extremely windy when we were there. Please note that the pool is not deep enough to swim. It's really to cool off or chill out in.

Decent price. Parking garage is very tight and costs about $42 per day. Be careful while driving through the garage especially if you have a big car. Location is a short walk from the beach which is not ideal if you value beach front. Although the hotel was clean and well kept, it is arranged in a weird way. Check is not located around floor 8 and not the lobby. The pillows were not the fluffiest.

Really nice modern hotel. Everything in very good condition. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a nice touch that they had beach chairs, towels and umbrellas - we were able to take these to the beach. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Only drawback is there is no food service but there are options right next to hotel.

Hotel was in a very central location and access to restaurants and shopping was great. Wish there were more amenities in the hotel including restaurants, pool, gym, etc. parking is very expensive! Overall we has a satisfactory experience.
