Awesome professional staff, full of Ohana spirit who made us feel at home. Everything was immaculatley clean. They allowed us to have a family service on Sunday morning. Extremely appreciative for this event.

We live on Maui and travel to Oahu at least 6 times a year. We’ve tried so many hotels in search of THE ONE. I’m happy to say that we found it. The room was spacious for my family, the bathroom/shower was on point! We will always be using this hotel from now on. The staff are super Aloha, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. We LOVED our housekeeper Lea! 5 stars for her! She deserves a raise, always kept the room clean, has a friendly demeanor and very kind. Love you guys! See you on the next one!

Fantastic location, literally minutes walking distance to coffee,food,shopping. I have to say the staff was incredibly accommodating. Enteprise car rental 2 minutes walk shares the same parking garage as the hotel,I would recommend renting daily as this would help you avoid parking fees. The hotel sits between the main streets that run thru waikiki.Pool is on the same floor as the lobby, 8th floor,fwi ,its a splash pool but you do have the beach a short walk away. The hotel does give free daily beach chairs. I enjoyed my stay here.

Great location as it is walking distance to restaurants, the beach, and the Royal Hawaiian Centre. Hotel was clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. The lobby and pool area is a nice place to chill. The parking garage is quite tight so be cautious if driving an oversized vehicle. Overall the hotel was lovely and would definitely stay here again!

Globalist members beware— no breakfast options available. Nice hotel— but not remotely on brand for a Hyatt Centric in both quality or experience. I wouldn’t come back personally. Nice clean hotel, but just not what I was expecting. Don’t get tricked by the “pool” either- it’s a splash pad.
