My friend stayed at this hotel which made me book this hotel. Location is spot on.. close to everything, 4 block walk to the beach. After spending the day at the beach, go back to the room to rest and then walk around to grab dinner and of course shaved ice that's located downstairs on the corner of the hotel. Every staff member you see, you are greeted so warm and welcoming. I will definately recommend this hotel to friends and will book again! The rooms are huge and clean.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Centric in Waikiki. With a small child, the hotel had a super convenient location to the beach, restaurants, and shops and they even provides beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. Rooms were modern and house cleaning was prompt and thorough - big shout out to Lea for amazing cleaning service! Hotel has daily parking for $47, or valet service for $56. Another big shout-out for Jeven and Travis for prompt valet service. We had a flat tire and Jeven helped us fill the tire with air - it was a lifesaver. We would definitely at this hotel again in the future.

Housekeeping from Jane and Vanessa were absolutely amazing — so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. They really stood out and made our stay feel special. Travis at the equipment rental booth was also fantastic — super friendly and helpful every time we interacted with him. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. That said, if you’re booking primarily for the pool, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. The pool is extremely shallow (about 1 foot deep), which was disappointing. The hot tub is decent, but unfortunately the water level was low and it was out of order for almost two days, which really bummed my kids out. Overall, wonderful staff and a great-looking property, but the pool and hot tub situation took away from the experience.

Hotel needs a major facelift. Hotel linen was not clean. I had holes and stain in my bedsheets. We laid towels and wore long sleeve pants and shirts to sleep. We were very disappointed this time.

This hotel was in a great spot near everything. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and rooms the rooms and hotel were very clean and well maintained.
