Overall great hotel, staff and service. Buffet and Cafe Americano had great food. Slits were plentiful and machines were always available. Proximity to the Linq promenade was nice as there is always something fun to do there. Will definitely stay again!

Really poor experience ! The two main pools were closed and it says absolutely no where the temple pool is only open on weekends despite being manned by lifeguards. Booked in at the buffet at 8.45pm to be seated at 9.05pm then told we only have 40 minutes to eat and have to be out in 55! Shocking for 95 dollars each. I would personally avoid as good as the place looks the main areas we booked the hotel for were a complete dissapointment. Stayed May 2025

I have been going to Vegas for years but for some reason had never stayed at Caesars. That changes now. This is the only place I’ll stay. Special thanks to Kiana at check in who got us in last minute and made for an absolutely wonderful weekend trip.

The front desk staff was unprofessional and intolerant of customers. The executive suite was not serviced during my three day stay. The furniture and carpets are very old and stressed, the quality is not worth the price you pay. Never again will I stay there.

The check in associate was awesome! Her name was Anissa! She made the total experience more than worth it. I explained why I was there and she went above and beyond to make the experience memorable for my family! Absolutely awesome! Alisha is the best!
