Only gave this hotel a one star review as I couldn’t give it a zero. Room was a total disgrace for a supposedly 5 star hotel. Bare wires visible, worn out carpets , furniture etc. Hotel asked me to get in contact with them once I got home and I’m still waiting on an apology or a follow up. So don’t even waste your time writing an email. Our Friends are visiting Vegas next year and you’ve guessed it, we’ve advised them to go elsewhere, will definitely return to Vegas but never back to this horrible hotel.

Worn and outdated rooms , damaged furniture , stained carpet , chipped moldings....pools were not in service during summer visit . Overpriced , horrible customer service , once you pay they don't care about you. Go elsewhere don't get fooled by false facade. Rooms are not worth it ...... Never again

Disappointed in the cleanliness of my room considering the cost. Carpets were stained and night stand was grimy. There was a piece of artwork noticeably missing from the wall yet the brackets to hold the artwork were still in the wall. Shower door handle was coming loose. Very disappointed!!!

We had an absolute great experience with the best help! Seifer McQueen was amazing at the front desk and helped us get settled. Our flight got delayed so we had an extra nights stay in Vegas. He was the best and would definitely recommend to our friends!

We had the best time at Ceasar’s Palace! Our flight was delayed over night so we booked a last minute hotel room. Seifer McQueen made the check in process so easy and exciting! He was so kind, helpful, and built up the excitement of the city. The hotel room was so clean with all of the accommodations needed.
