First time in Vegas, loved Caesars Palace

Hayley G (Brisbane, Australia) on Jul 21, 2024

Our first time staying in Las Vegas and so pleased we chose Caesars Palace. It's location was fantastic, very central on the Strip and convenient for getting around. The room was very clean with a great view of both the Strip and pools from the Augustus tower. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and the restaurants and shops kept us very entertained. I would recommend this hotel to any first timers to Vegas.

Epic Experience with the masses

terrylY5774II (Los Angeles, California) on Jul 20, 2024

If you can handle big crowds and lots of walking and waiting in lines, loud environment, pricey everything in exchange for a very eccentric experience then go for it. The bedding sheets and pillows are the best!!! There’s so much to choose from in terms of eateries, and also you’re smack in the heart of the strip, adjacent to Paris, Bellagio, Linq, Harrahs, Horseshoe, Mirage, TI, Venetian, and Flamingo to benefit from those eateries and attractions. Parking is $25 per night. This is a 5 star choice for many people, but the crowds and noise level are too much for me. I’ll stay off the strip for now on. The pool experience is apparently a huge draw for a special experience but I have not as yet tried, another big upsale to get a lounge chair or rent a cabana

Horrible experience at Ceasers Palace

John D on Jul 20, 2024

Can’t believe it was true, but yes this place has horrible customer experience. They tried to charge us for using their snack/fridge bar but coming into the room it has bottle missing from the beginning. Luckily we called immediately the day after our first night and we were able to get our money back. That is so shady they would do something like that for such an established hotel. They also did not provide any room cleaning service. We left and came back and there wasn’t anything cleaned in our hotel.

First Visit

Fernando M on Jul 19, 2024

Beautiful room! Great view! For my first visit to Las Vegas Caesar’s Palace was definitely a good choice! There’s so much to do. Tela at the Diamond Desk was so helpful! She made me feel so welcome and was very engaging! I’ll definitely be back to do the things I wasn’t able to this visit.

Front desk agent who went above and beyond.

sparkle N on Jul 19, 2024

Due to the Microsoft outage, I am stuck in Las Vegas for at least an additional night. Due to the time of the cancellation of our flights, I was unable to book a room at the Caesars Palace from the 18th to the 19th but instead from the today the 19th through the 20th. Went to one agent named Foud and asked could I pay extra to check in early or pay for the rest of the day as I already had a reservation for later today and he immediately said no and that they were sold out. My daughter and I had been up all night stranded at the airport and just wanted to sleep. We have no luggage or anything. I needed somewhere to charge my phone as it was going dead and to take a shower. So for two hours we wandered around the hotel and I said I’m going to try another agent other than him. He was very dismissive and didn’t even try to help. The whole world of travelers at this point are having an issue with travel accommodations. Ended up in Hans line and he went right to work trying to get me into a room early. He found me one. He wasn’t able to waive the early check in fee but he did upgrade the room since they had nothing else available. Because of him I didn’t have to sit around the hotel exhausted until 3-4 pm which would’ve been another 5-6 hours. Thank you so much sir for going above and beyond for a mother and daughter who really are trying to get back home. Foud could take a lesson on how to treat guests. Not sure how one agent was able to do something he simply didn’t even attempt to do.
