Beautiful but no room service.

The website says there’s room service, but there’s not. None of the vending machines worked. They said exact change only and CC machines didn’t work. You can’t bring coffee to the pool. Quite a walk to get food and nothing 24 hours. Everywhere was a $25 cab/uber ride.

Sofa beds need to be repaired.

The sofa beds in all of the three rooms had spring problem and it gave a hard time to sleep as well as caused back pain

Lower expectations

I reserved the room through my T-Mobile account It was for a 2-bedroom suite. When we arrived we were offered a view upgrade, which we declined. We were then told they would upgrade us for free. The view is not anything special and is only 1 room with a bed and a fold out couch. I am co m pletely frustrated with the bait and switch.

Signature consistently provides a great experience at a great price. Love the spaciousness of the rooms and the spot on services the staff provides.

Great stay as always

Always a good time here. Nice staff and nice rooms. Only problem was booking.com and their third party booking service. Work directly with the staff as they are very helpful and understanding.
