Worst most unfriendly service, room had duct tape across windows and it was a room we paid extra for with a view! Staff unfriendly and service poor. Staff seemed to not care. Very few chaise Lou gets or chairs for entire resort. Absolutely no cushions in cast iron chairs or chaise loungers. None! People had to scour for any chair at all. We left 4 days early and went to another resort because we felt unwelcome and it was depressing. No one at bar but it took over 20 minutes to get a drink then 15 more to have someone bring me change. Terrible customer service. This place may have been great 25 years ago but now it appears they’ve just basically given up and stoped trying. Do not recommend!!!

Spent a few nights here on a business trip down south and had an amazing, relaxing time. Had great service throughout and had me wishing I could spend more time here.

Service was tremendous! Mercedes was very responsive and attentive. View is absolutely gorgeous. Prices are very reasonable. We will be back.
