Horrible experience. Terrible food, management is lacking. The spa was being drowned and just not clean. Son got ill from food. Please find somewhere else whatever you do. They do not seem to value customer experience whatsoever.
Poor service

We got day passes for the family. We wanted to spend the day swimming and relaxing. The welcome left much to be desired. There was no welcome or explanation of amenities. The pool was empty and too cold to even wade in. The hot tub was dirty and lukewarm. They messed up our tab every time we ordered. The two at the front desk were unhelpful in every way even after we complained.

Lovely night,great dinner, great service. We had a truly enjoyable dinner experience. We would gladly recommend this place.

Mercedes was so kind and friendly and the service was great. It's amazing to see the ocean from the table, and to hear it in the background.

Everything was delicious and the Mercedes was so lovely and recommended such an amazing shrimp dish and we chatted about the local area. She made us feel so welcomed.
