Not only did Daniella at the front desk excel in providing top-notch hospitality, but the services offered were also of the highest quality. From the beautifully appointed rooms to the delicious dining options, every aspect of a check in exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail and the genuine desire to make my stay enjoyable were truly commendable.

We were visiting Disneyland for the first time and had a great stay at the JW Marriott Anaheim. Daniela and Scott at the front desk made us feel special. Everyone was really friendly and the room was clean and spacious. We loved the breakfast buffet each morning. The best part about this hotel was the five minute walk to the Disney buses that take you right to the front gate. Will definitely visit again if we return to Anaheim.

What a fantastic experience....that I have come to expect at your JW's! I was met at the front desk by Cynthia, Daniella and Justin who met us with a warm smile and were both professional and knowledgeable. They were seamless in their enthusiasm towards their guests and their jobs and it showed to the others guests checking in. Your staff is the reason we continue to stay at JW Marriott!

It is always hard to pick a hotel in walking distance of Disney that will deliver value for money, the JW Marriot deifnitely did. Yes, it was on the higher pricing side for the area, but the quality of the rooms, hotel, staff, and location delivered value for that price. I've stayed in a few hotels around Anaheim and this is the best to date. The warm welcome by Joy and help in organising a high room to see the fireworks was most appreciated (although the top floor bar is the best location). And to offset the tourism tax the hotel offers discounts on food, drinks , and others if used add up to more than the amount. We got our value by just eating in the bar/pool bar. Joy also provided vouchers for drinks and coffee from the starbucks downstairs. The room was modern, beds were really comfy, and had a massive bathroom with a large shower and a seperate bath. It was under 15 minutes to Disney (adult and teenager) so we actually took a breather one day and returned to the hotel and enjoyed the pool before returning to Disney with energy levels restored. Tip: You can cut through the hotel garden into the Garden Walk Mall to cut the corner to Disney.

We arrived in Anaheim during the week of the 4th and it was a magical experience from the beginning to the end at the JW Marriott! Before our trip, I had the pleasure of planning and speaking with Cynthia Arballo. I finally got to meet her in person when we arrived. I love her welcoming and bubbly personality! Not only is Cynthia an amazing individual, she knows how to provide top notch hospitality to her guests. I’m so GRATEFUL we connected. She is extremely knowledgeable and understands the work that goes into putting together a superior family vacation. Right off the top, she made our 16th year anniversary and our son’s birthday celebration her #1 priority. We barely had to leave the hotel because she took care of us during our stay. She is a hidden gem. If you’re staying at the hotel, go find her! If you’re thinking about going to Disney, she’s your go-to! She gave us many tips and trips that saved us time and money. I’d also like to add that the entire staff at JW were super accommodating. You would be disappointed if you stayed anywhere else! Just saying…
