Katie. was a very excellent waitress?Service was Incredible, she left a smile on my face.The drinks were made to perfection and the food over all was excellent.

Randall was the best server we ever had on vacation! Amazing service!! We stayed for 6 days and he was always checking in on us and making sure we were taken care of with food and drinks. We will definitely stay at this resort again! We had a blast!

The first thing to know is the resort was purchased three months ago so they are having growing pains. Good food and friendly staff. However, they are understaffed so empty restaurants while you have to wait until late at night to eat. There were some misleading things provided by staff like telling us they would give us a free shuttle ride about two miles away and then the day of asked for money. They do not answer the phone in your room if you call at night, so if you have an emergency you are out of luck. The spa staff only had one nice person and the others seemed to not care when you try to book. The entertainment staff were super nice and the shows were great but not enough seats. You have to sit on the cement wall to watch. Overall a great time but definitely some things to be careful of when you go. I am sure it will iron out in the next couple years.

Fatima was the best host ever. Can’t wait to come back for her hospitality. She is the reasone and my friends will be back for fun. The invite for the bonfire was exponential. Can’t wait to have her as a host again. Fatima is mi favorite. Muy bueno
