Fatima was the best host ever. Can’t wait to come back for her hospitality. She is the reasone and my friends will be back for fun. The invite for the bonfire was exponential. Can’t wait to have her as a host again. Fatima is mi favorite. Muy bueno

Hotel was amazing views restaurants and Bruno at Italian restaurant was amazing he treated us so good fast to bring everything out to would come back and recommend it food is so good and drinks deserts also everything was perfect thank you I would come back to hotel also

This resort claims to be 5 star. Wow, it would be generous to say they are 3 star. Our experience was so bad we left the morning of day 3. It is all inclusive. One in our party is vegan. The 3 restaurants and the one open buffet had very little he could eat other than salad. One of the biggest concerns was the person at the grill in the buffet cross contaminated food. He picked up a raw chicken breast to put on the grill and then immediately use the same tongs to pick up a finished steak to put on a guests plate. For the non-vegans, the food was very mediocre at best. It was shocking at how unwilling the restaurants were to fix the vegan guest something other than salad. For the three restaurants, you have to use a phone app to make reservations. The app was difficult to find and install. We discovered that they only seated the restaurants at about one third capacity and then showed them fully booked in the app. After some extended discussion was a manager, we found out they don't have adequte staff or ingredients to have the restaurants fully available. There were numerous other isssues such as the internet being worthless to do anything and the drinks being loaded with sugar.

Wonderful experience, delicious food and fantastic atmosphere .Everyone was so helpful. Being a vegetarian great options for family to eat. I will definitely go again. Had Italian and Mexican food with family. Amazing Great, incredible

Excellent service at the restaurants- Marco and Gisela ( at Rosmarinus), Bruno ( at Francesco’s) and Edgar ( at Tavo’s) were very attentive to guests. Cesar, our concierge , as always was very informative and helpful and makes us feel very welcomed. Christian also did a great quick and easy check-in. Massage service by Micaela and Mara was great and very relaxing. Good housekeeping team as they cleaned and freshened up our room everyday. Thank you Solaris team for excellent service as always despite the ongoing renovations.
