The bartenders are amazing! The service was great through the trip. Bartenders are very friendly especially Guadalupe and Rafael, always giving great service and being very respectful, highly recommend.

Awesome!! The sushi and other dishes were top notch. Compliments to the chef and our server both of whom weee great!! We had a lovely time.

Zumba with Arturo at the swim up pool was a great, energetic and well-paced water dance class. Arturo was encouraging and kept a diverse group engaged. Lots of fun. Great instructor.

A pleasant Christmas and New Years holiday. Spent 13 nights at the resort and it was pleasant with a few exceptions. Would recommend this facility with a few caveats. The Good: The buildings, general areas, pools and rooms were clean and constantly well maintained. The food was good (not great) and consistent. The buffet didn't change much from day to day but the grill offered beef, pork, chicken and fish in rotation as well as tacos and Mexican cuisine. The pools were nice and there were late morning to 4 pm activities daily in the main pool area and constant music when no activities (more in that below). The staff were excellent every person I interacted with was great. Tipping waiters and maids bar staff or anyone else is not expected but a few $$ goes a long way to exceptional service. the grounds and the rooms were clean and tidy. The three restaurants on site were excellent and the Sushi place stood head and shoulders above the rest. The beach is great, miles of walking to be had, but not swimmable. The fitness area was large with lots of cardio equipment, 3 benches and a rack of dumbells and a 4 position cable machine. Would be nice to add a Smith machine and some barbells. The not so good: No ice machines anywhere on site. the machines were there but every single one was out of order...... The elevators either didn't work (at least 2 were out of service) or were decrepit, not scary just worn out (I heard new ones were ordered and would arrive soon) we didn't use them anyway but not everyone wants to use the stairs. The hotel is old and worn but it is kept very clean. The beach - when I booked I didn't realize the water was unsafe to swim in, there is a serious undertow and the waves although not extreme when I was there had a rouge wave hit every so often and this was dangerous to novice or even intermediate swimmers. This was not advertised anywhere. The pools were nice but the music was very loud and bassey. Not bad at first but after a few days annoying. All in all a good place to visit if you can get it for a good price

In general I had a great experience, all the food is good and the entertainment too. Entertainment was a lot of fun to meet Yanina, Emiliano and Fernando, I highly recommend them.
