We had a wonderful experience. The staff went above and beyond every time. Hector at the front desk was so great. Every staff member was friendly and grateful. Numerous options for food on the resort. The pools were fabulous. Best time. Highly recommend.

Pedro showed us excellent service and never let our cups get halfway down with drinks. He treated us woth the utmost respect and attention a guest should deserve!

Clean hotel. Very Wonderful friendly staff Top favourites where at the Grill (daytime staff) Rosalina, Beatrix & Estephanie and chief & bartender Other staff that made it an impression with their services were waiters Luis, Caesar. Also Marcella, Danella, Julian,Manual,Hugo,Alfredo & Angela all made our trip extra special Thanks to all.
