Had a great start to 2026 at Krystal Grand. The best part of our stay was the people who work here. Very kind, fun, and hospitable. Angela + Angel + Manuel in food service; Edher + Hector + Gustavo in reception; Caro in housekeeping; Vanessa + Angel in pool activities; virtually everyone we encountered was great!

We all had a terrific time! Can't say enough about all the people that work there. Everyone was so friendly and kind and happy to help out. The rooms were good the place was great. So much activity and things to do. Beach area great pools great and all the restaurants were good especially the Grill and Japanese . Fun sitting and watching our chef cook. Food yum! Location was great and everything you needed was right there. All of us had a super time ready to go back. Music and DJ'S were great. Everybody made our trip perfect. Thanks ??

I paid over $4000 for 4 night stay at this resort for one of their rooms with a pool. From the start they did not have the correct room. So we had to stay in one room and switch the next day. Their food is TERRIBLE. Over and over again we have things a try and disappointed every time. From the average noodle not being cooked right to cold and old food at the buffet. There is a huge lack of staff. The staff they do have are not the friendliest, especially the ladies at the Italian restaurant. They were so rude and unpleasant on Christmas Eve. I still left a huge tip as a Christmas present. THE ONLY thing this hotel has, is a great location on the beach. Very disappointed in my experience after spending so much.

This place was extremely disappointing. The adult pool was turning green and so cloudy that you couldn’t see the bottom, which is unacceptable. On top of that, the sewer pump was broken, so the entire pool area smelled like sewage. The sink and shower water in our room also had a sewage smell. We arrived at 4:30 PM to check in, even though check-in time is listed as 3:00 PM, and were told our room was not ready. Staff suggested we eat while we waited, but the restaurant closed at 5:00 PM and refused to seat us, leaving us stuck with no room and no food. When we finally got to the room, there were no towels, the safe did not work, and although there was an ironing board, there was no iron. One day our room was not cleaned at all, and we had to call just to get towels. The property itself looks dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. The rooms are very old-looking, and the walls are so thin that we were woken up daily by noise from neighboring rooms. While the price is cheap, I would much rather pay more for a cleaner, better-maintained place. I wouldn’t even consider this a resort — it feels more like a run-down hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

very bad resort. bad service. no housekeeping and bad food. after requesting at front desk for service, they never cleaned our room. food is so cold and stays at room temperature all day in buffet.
