Absolutely amazing housekeeping, staff

Yuleni and Alejandra from housekeeping have been without a doubt the best interaction with staff I have had in my worldly travels.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, check-in was smooth, and everything felt welcoming and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

It’s a family friendly hotel. A lot of activities. Staff was very attentive. Rooms are okay, some are refurbished, some were not. A bit dated.
My first time at el Moro

It is my first time station Moro and I’m very happy with all the service, the housekeeping service is great, the help me with all my needs. There are many options for restaurants but my favorite is el alcazar and la terraza. La concha restaurant is the place for breakfast, specially on Sunday with the mariachi. Definitely will come back to el Moro.

Always a great time on the beach of El Cid El Morro in Mazatlan. We spend all day long on the beach if weather allows and what makes the beach even better is an incredible beach waiter named TOMAS. Extremely professional, polite, and goes above and beyond to take care of our family. He really does work hard for you! Can’t wait to come back again next year.
