El Moro is amazing! The Elite Club and bracelet is the way to go. So relaxing. Staff is super friendly and makes sure you maximize your vacation. Special KUDOS to Alejandra in the Elite Club and Fidel in Room Service - they go above and beyond in service and friendliness! El Cid is a great vacation! George Banker

Im an owner from el cid, and every time I visit I’m surprised with the good service from all the staff, specially Martin y karen from la concha, and Alejandra from the elite club, she takes care off all my needs and make my stay great! The food is another great thing in the resort, you definitely need to try all the specialty restaurants.

Everything was good. The highlight of our trip was the adult only pool. Ignacio was amazing! He took fabulous care of us. I would highly recommend him. We did visit the spa while here. It was a great massage. The food was good. I would recommend El Cid if looking for a relaxing experience.

Ignacio was amazing! He provided exceptional service. Very friendly, attentive and speedy. Would recommend him to anyone! Jennifer at the fro t desk was exceptional! We had to go to the front desk a few times and she always remembered us and smiled and waived.

Hard to put it is so many words because we LOVE it so much! Everything is always so perfect & if we have a problem it was rectified immediately! We are so happy with El Cid resorts & our waiter Angel was so wonderful! Roberto is always a lovely man, too. And Leticia is always so kind to us! All of the staff has been incredible!
