Always a great time on the beach of El Cid El Morro in Mazatlan. We spend all day long on the beach if weather allows and what makes the beach even better is an incredible beach waiter named TOMAS. Extremely professional, polite, and goes above and beyond to take care of our family. He really does work hard for you! Can’t wait to come back again next year.

First off. Never write a review when you are tired and Hangry. My wife did. When we got here we were worn out and went to a buffet that was quite average and the bartender screwed up the drinks. HOWEVER after that 180 degree turn around. Each of the specialty restaurants were excellent. The bartender in the lobby bar is great. Rooms specious clean and nice. More specifically when they saw my wife’s initial review (since deleted) the upper management found us and bent over backwards to make it right. You can’t ask for anymore than that. We travel without kids and were very pleased with the adult pool and the efforts made to keep kids away. Has turned into an excellent vacation. We will be returning to an El Cid next year

Second time at El Cid and it was excellent once again! Staff in Elite Desk are fantastic (Alejandra is the best!). Food is terrific. Pool and beach are great. Golf is so good and caddies are great. Nothing remotely negative to say at all.

The resort is in an excellent location close to everything, The quality of food and service in their restaurants is amazing. The rooms are clean, spacious and the views are incredible; my husband and I enjoyed many sunsets from our room?? We enjoyed playing pickleball and using the gym during our stay. Thank you to each of you for making our stay so memorable. The club elite team is always so welcoming and quick in any request we had, Vanessa, Alejandra, Berenice, and the rest of the Club thanks for all you do. The only suggestion we have is that the SPA -Jacuzzi, steam, and sauna rooms need to be updated .
