?? Customer Service

The customer service was phenomenal! The concierge, Pedro, went above and beyond the whole trip. He found me the right product I was looking for and truly cared about our experience the whole trip. Our pool/beach servers were incredible!! Gorge and Tomas made us feel at home and catered to the very first day. Ramón Guzmán was our poolside server most of the trip by our request from a previous trip. He was fast, kind, generous, and made our trip the best! I can’t wait to come back, based on the customer service alone ??

Great service

My third time staying at Moro and each time our service from Alejandra Campos has always been exceptional. From checking us in at Vista Lounge first two times to now being in charge of housekeeping at Moro, Alejandra is always on tops of things and makes sure all our needs are met and vacation goes smoothly.

Winter vacation!

We enjoyed our winter stay at El Cid El Moro especially the afternoons at the VIP pool with our favorite bartender Christian and the very dependable waiters Ignacio, Eric, and many more! They're friendliness and help goes above and beyond.

Beware the entitled Millionaire Club Members

Be prepared to be treated like garbage if you aren’t in their Millionaires Club. At 08:00 we arrived at the beach and grabbed a few chairs under a palapa. There was one towel laying across them which we moved after we read the sign attached to the chair which stated no saving chairs is allowed. At 09:30 an aggressive older woman approached us stating we were in her chairs. She then started to grab and shake the back of my daughter’s lounger yelling for her to get the eff up. We asked that she call a manager. Employee Christopher arrived and told us to move and that despite the attached sign, she was able to save two chairs with her one towel. We went to the desk who said, no, saving is not allowed. We asked for another manager and spoke with a Fernanda in the office. She verified that there is no saving chairs but that was it. After two hours on the beach we were moved so entitled Millionaire Club members could have “their” palapa. Zero customer service for anyone else, it would seem.
