The room service was great the cleaning girl was very good loved her service and personality everyone was very friendly one thing I enjoyed was the fact they had different family activities in the pool area for all the family definitely will be back next year

We stayed for the month of June and we had a great stay Guillermo front desk manager helped me check in so it was very fast and easy. I went to the elite club and was welcomed by Alejandra & Daniela who made sure my room was set up and dinner reservations were made for the week. Honestly they took very good care of all my needs for the month very friendly and welcoming whenever I went into the elite club room. I had the best breakfasts with Daniel he learned right away what we all liked and we never had to ask it would just show up to our table. The buffet was great I would watch how hard Siam would work to stock the buffet and I cannot wait to eat Rosie’s omelettes again she is such a hard worker. I was so impressed I asked who the captain was and it was Luis Gudino Castro to tell him how well la concha was run. On the days I was hoping to just relax by the pool I went to the kids club welcomed very beautifully each time by Leticia Reyes, Susan and Nailea. Each night we would return to a beautifully clean room our maid was Mayra she made our room so welcoming each night. My whole family is looking forward to another beautiful stay at el cid el moro

I would like to tell you a little bit about our June 2024 trip to El Cid El Moro hotel .   We stayed for 4 weeks this year and absolutely had a fabulous stay  The rooms were nice and clean and maid service ( Mayra )every day and the restaurants all of them had excellent food !  We had a free shuttle from the airport which made it nice too .  I would love to mention a few people who made our trip fabulous . Upon check in the front desk manager Guillermo  the process super quick and easy and  is a fantastic employee and El Cid should be proud Truly an amazing person Guillermo is . The employees at the elite club especially Daniela and Alejandra and Abraham were constantly asking what they could help us with on a daily basis ! Absolutely these 3 people were the standout in the hotel and how proud El Cid should be proud of them !! The kids club with Leticia , Susan and Nailea  too such wonderful care of our kids and treated them As their own What an asset to El Cid they are . A special thank you to Michelle Vasquez and Gary with helping with our reservations .  Luis Enrique and Daniel gave us amazing service at La Concha at breakfast we felt spoiled ! Rosie and Simon made amazing egg dishes and are so sweet too . In conclusion thank you again El Cid for such an amazing vacation and especially those mentioned here that made our trip A+++ If you and your family want the absolute best vacation of your life look no further then El Cid !

The employees in the Élite Club are always wonderful, especially Alejandra. They are ready and able to help with advice, reservations, suggestions for activities and more. Alejandra even provide a special dessert for my friend on her birthday.

We had the best time here and so relaxing. The restaurants were great, service amazing, and the food was excellent. We enjoyed the adult pool every day, quiet and loved the breeze from the ocean. The weather was 80 to 84 degrees, perfect. We had zero problems and only praise for the great staff. Our room was comfortable, handicap accessible and slept great. No crazy noise at night, just peace and quiet. 5 stars for us, 2 years in a row.
