Very good, I had fun participating in the activities in the main pool and got prizes if I won. Staff makes it interactive and fun.

Excellent service from everyone on staff. They make sure that you have everything you need and ensure that you are having a good time by making you feel included in their activities and by having a fun atmosphere. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and we recommend it to anyone who ask.

We love El Cid El Moro!! The food, the rooms, the atmosphere. We loved the staff by the poolside! Always a great day by the pool. I specifically loved Blackjack everyday with Angie! My son had a blast with every Mexican lottery and crafts. The whole family enjoyed games we played by the pool. Bingo, challenges and even a quick Spanish lesson with Victor. Geraldo was a great host too. Francisco is our absolute favourite waiter by the poolside. Ivan in Castilla lounge will be our friend forever. We can not thank everyone enough! You made our trip even better than we hoped. We are blessed to enjoy beautiful Mazatlan and everyone at El Cid. Food was terrible. Service was terrible. Beside the lobby bar which Service was good. Elite room service was terrible also. Black band means nothing. Last year we had snack dropped off at our room nightly. This year I had to chase them down to get anything. Service on beach was good also. VERY DISAPPOINTING
