The food was generally cold, what could be vegetarian mostly had meat added. The resort tax covers, I don’t know what, nothing we could see. Most of the staff were pleasant and work hard. The beaches very crowded mostly by towels until people felt like showing up.

This was the most stunning, enjoyable beach I have ever been to! Walking up and down the beach, El Sid was the most lively compared to those around it - mainly because they had cabana seating right on the sand. They had staff right on the beach, so you could get top notch service no matter if you were at the pool or the beach. Our favorite staff member was Tomas. We didn’t go to the beach without him on duty :) He was attentive and kind, and remembered our favorite orders each day. The main buffet was actually our restaurant of choice. Even after dinner elsewhere, we stopped there for desert and a drink - while enjoying the ocean breeze. Jorge was our favorite server here! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The six Duda girls had a marvelous time! The pool. The beach. All was wonderful. The bar service was above and beyond. We especially loved Tomas. He remembered what we were drinking and delivered them with a smile. (However, the beds were hard and your pillows were horrible.)

The experience at this resort was amazing. Great beach and shopping location. The pool was amazing and so was the food with many options. So many restaurants to chose from, even room service and poolside snack bars were top notch. We upgraded to the elite package and highly recommend others do so. Alejandra was amazing to work with in the elite club and made planning our vacation so easy. Answered all of our questions and hooked us up with all the perks. My family felt like royalty at the resort. The entire staff was great from Jorge and Ramon at the pool with endless drinks, snacks and ice cream, Karen at la concha restaurant serving us breakfast, and Blanca from room service keeping our room clean, towels and sheets fresh. Shuttle and concierge was always ready to transport us around the resort. After coming here it’s Mazatlan or bust, no more Cancun and Mayan riviera for me.

We are having a blast if you need help for anything ask them, they will go out of tour way to help out!!!!the beach has soft sand and you can walk the beach for hours! No seaweed during this time of the year!
