We had a great time at El CID Beach Resort. Our waiter Ramon was very attentive and new when we needed another round. The pool staff was very engaging and fun. I even won the football toss for a bottle of tequila. The room was very spacious and had a huge deck. We watched the sunset multiple times. We had an 8 person room and we never felt cramped.

The location is excellent central to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The rooms could use an upgrade but otherwise clean and the staff is very friendly.

We just got back to Winnipeg, from a 1 week stay...we had a great time, the food and service was Excellent! We loved ordering on the patio...shrimps are so yummy with variety! Lunch around the pool served with smiles from our servers!! A big shout out to Ignacio for his phenomenal service, as our Bartender around the pool, and service on the beach...Wow he can Run miles !! Thank you for your hospitality, Maria for keeping our Suite Clean. Keep up the great food menus and service...we'll be back!

The customer service was phenomenal! The concierge, Pedro, went above and beyond the whole trip. He found me the right product I was looking for and truly cared about our experience the whole trip. Our pool/beach servers were incredible!! Gorge and Tomas made us feel at home and catered to the very first day. Ramón Guzmán was our poolside server most of the trip by our request from a previous trip. He was fast, kind, generous, and made our trip the best! I can’t wait to come back, based on the customer service alone ??

My third time staying at Moro and each time our service from Alejandra Campos has always been exceptional. From checking us in at Vista Lounge first two times to now being in charge of housekeeping at Moro, Alejandra is always on tops of things and makes sure all our needs are met and vacation goes smoothly.
