The food was excellent! The drink were a 0/10. There is no top shelf alcohol, they fill the top shelf bottles with cheap liquor. I wouldn’t recommend booking preferred status because there’s not difference. Everyone is treated the same, eat the same food and drinks. Having a butler is pointless, he didn’t do anything for us. He didn’t address any of complains. The activities were good, the entertainment was good.

As a guest currently staying at Breathless Montego with a group of 43 individuals, I feel compelled to share my experience regarding the spa reservation process. While a comprehensive review of my trip will follow, I must address a major concern without delay. Despite submitting spa requests a week in advance, our group did not receive a response until late afternoon the day before the requested day, coinciding with our departure tomorrow. Regrettably, the response informed us that our requested times could not be accommodated. This lack of timely communication and availability check is concerning. It undermines the purpose of submitting advance requests and leaves guests feeling frustrated and without alternatives. In hindsight, it would have been more efficient to make spa reservations on-site. This instance highlights a broader pattern of the resort's proactive measures falling short in preventing mishaps. While our overall experience has been positive, I urge management to address this issue promptly to ensure a seamless guest experience for future visitors. Fabulous! I can’t say enough about this resort. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left everyone treated us like family! Barbie and her entertainment team, THANK YOU! This team is the reason you go to Breathless! Delly Ranks, Mickey Mouse, Ric James, and my new found sisters Cassie, Mello J and Zena are the reason I will go back to this resort time and time again. You welcomed us with open arms and we truly found our home away from home. You filled our days with laughter and dancing from the pool parties to volleyball and everything in between! Thank you for making everyday special! Every morning we had breakfast you are greeted by the most amazing staff members. Shanae, Noble and Mellissa made sure that our mornings started off wonderful. The FishNets poolside restaurant has wonderful food, try the Jerk Chicken wrap (a must) The dinners are delicious ! El Patio and Blue Mountain were our favorite places. Samantha at El patio and Fransisco at Blue Mountain are amazing! Peter the manager greeted us as if we were longtime friends, and Phantom our sommelier is so knowledgeable, brought special wines to us, and knew exactly what we wanted for each meal. The attention to detail that everyone provides is remarkable and the reason why we love this resort. If you are traveling to Jamaica you will not be disappointed with this resort. You will be blown away by the quality of service and the hospitality. Thank you for making our well needed vacation so memorable and treated us like family!

The hotel was dated and in need of repairs!! However the staff was incredible & made all the difference!! Be sure to take advantage of the adjacent hotels, great amenities & restaurants!!

I surprised my wife for her 40th birthday celebration, and we were not disappointed. The hotel is amazing and location is incredible. This hotel was a perfect combination of relaxation and partying. The entertainment staff were amazing very interactive but not overpowering if you wanted to relax. The evening entertainment was very enjoyable too. Food and drinks were great and all staff in the hotel were always friendly and greeted you with a smile. But don’t just take my word for it book for yourself and go see, you won’t be disappointed!
